Black'S Tree Service

I had two very tall oaks within three feet of my house on each side. One had electrical wires near it. Removal was also complicated by large ravines on each side of the house. Both trees were over 150 years old. The price was high, but Blacks is one of the few tree services in the area that actually carries a high liability insurance policy. A crew of at least seven was here for two days. On the last day, there were about four in the crew. They used a bucket truck as well as an experienced tree climber. Cleanup was complete. They were here when they said they would be. They even delivered the wood to a person a few miles from my house for free. When getting your estimate, clarify who will receive the wood. They had planned to take my wood until I told them I had promised it to someone else. The word was only good for firewood, but there were many cords of it.

At frist it was about two weeks to get the frist estimate and there was some miscommunication as to which trees I was wanting removed. However the repersenative was responsive and I called to have the work completed on a Thursday, they called back on Friday and said they could be there on Wednesday. They showed up right on time and went right to work. Everything was explained before they did it and they asked my permission before changing anything. The crew was polite and professional. They went above and beyond what was excepted. I will hire them again in future anytime I need work done on a tree.
