They are always good. They have a good price. He has always been very polite and I've had him here before. He finished the job in no time; he didn't have to repair anything. I had them out just to make sure everything is working right and maintain the way it is supposed to be maintained to keep it going. I don't want to run into a problem. I don't have a problem when they come out; they come out for maintenance.

The initial appointment was to put more freon in the unit and then watch it for a couple of days to see how much freon leaked out so he could a**** the size of the leak. The second time he came out there hadn't been a lot of freon leaked out, so he had a special product to pump into the system to stop the leak. Since then everything has been running smoothly. The technician was not only courteous, but he gave me an incredible amount of information on the system and changing filters, etc. I feel like I had a mini education session in H VAC while he was here.

What I like most about them is that, they are prompt, courteous, they don't charge us every time and they do good jobs.

I thought I was getting a new system that would help with my electric bills and that I would at least see the usage go down but I honestly feel they installed a system that was too small for my house because it doesn't keep me warm. It is hard to tell because electric has gone up. They were very, very nice and sweet people. They were very responsive when I called with any problems. There may be things that I don't know about the business. I felt like the young man was learning from his dad and he didn't feel like advising someone and that was what I wanted. I wanted to be advised and guided and I don’t think I got that. I made the decision without being qualified. The system doesn't keep my house warm unless I keep it set at 74 or 75 all the time. It will heat it to 70 or 71 which is not quite warm enough for me. I needed a little more help in making decisions but otherwise they were wonderful people. The price was okay. I will continue to use them for any problems.

They are professional. They did give me a choice of how much I wanted to spend; I could have got a cheaper one in there but I thought at that time, I would get some money back on taxes but I just didn't get it and I’m retired now. Anything I have had them to do for me, I never had to come back out and redo something of it.

The job went very well. They were in and out in one day. The units have been in for almost 2 years and we have not had a problem with them. We actually need to call them and have them do routine maintenance. They came in and they were very neat; they didn’t mess up the house. They did the work quickly and efficiently and everything worked. We were very happy. We have used them for years and they do good work and they are honest. They told us what they could do but said that we wouldn’t like it because they would have to come back. They were talking about our air compressor because they changed the type of Freon. They said that they could fix it for cheaper but we would regret it and there could be possible problems down the road if we didn’t want to replace the whole thing. They were honest and upfront with us. They were reassuring and they were not trying to take advantage of us. They told us what we needed and for that we didn’t need to go any higher. They could have charged us more too. My daughter had some work done in Cincinnati and compared to those guys these guys were amazingly reasonable on price.

I can't complain about the quality of the work. The labor rate was 65.00 per hour which was fair. I thought I was overcharged about 30% for the part. When I alluded to getting the repair done in the late afternoon there was no doubt that the technician I was speaking to did not like overtime. I was not going to pay time and a half to someone who didn't want to be here. I guess I just didn't like having to arrange my schedule to be here when it was convenient for the contractor. The repair work was adequate and I would use this service again but it won't be my first choice.
