Description of Work: Roto Rootered (Power "snaked") kitchen sink drain. It seemed fine until I checked on the pipes a few hours after the contractor left and found water on my basement floor and wall. I discovered a leak in the Plastic drain pipe joint which had not been there before.

+ -1 moreSomewhat complex issues because old metallic part had become lodged and difficult to remove. Ended with success so drain now flows well and cost not too bad considering the difficulties.

septic tank
+ -1 moreor us to plant. First day - Site prep and hole for new 1200 gallon concrete vault dug. Second day - Vault installed, connections to house complete. Third day - Drain field installed and buried. Everything cleaned up and ready for us to plant.
Description of Work: This was new installation for new house. Prime contractor handled expenses. I was informed of each major step as the project went along. When the project was complete, the work area was very neat, and ready for groundcover to be installed. (We did the groundcover ourselves.)
