Overall the quality of work was good. The worst part was after having the contract in writing, including updating for upgrades, including revised pricing in writing, the company took 4 months to "do" the job. Then they walked away from the job! They asked for even more money after over a month of trying to get them to complete the job. Even had our lawyer involved. We said we would negotiate, only to get the job completed, they initially accepted. Then walked away when we wanted it writing. Very poor communications as they never replied, answered the phone, and they used sob stories to get us to give over 90% of the contracted price before completion, that was our biggest mistake!! Do not make this mistake by hiring John "Gus" Casbarro or his son Paul. We have learned our lesson.
Description of Work: Created an outdoor fireplace and kitchen including making a walkway.
