Dumpster was dropped off on about 8/18. The truck dropped a ton of oil on my driveway and didn't say a word about it. I tried to clean it off to the best of my ability but I've now got permanent oil stains on my driveway. Dumpster was scheduled to be removed on 8/25 and at 4:20PM I phoned them because it hadn't been picked up. I was told that due to vehicle problems (maybe it was a bad oil leak?) they were behind but I was assured that it would be removed with an hour. I phoned them and left voicemails all evening long about getting this thing out of here. The next morning it still hadn't been picked up. I phoned them again and they told me the driver was dispatched to get it first thing. While picking up my dumpster, they managed to rip off the downspout on the side of the house. It was repaired to almost new condition the same day. They also hit my neighbors retaining wall and knocked loose one cap stone, cracked another, and left a big gouge out of the side.
