On A Roll Painting

Brian is awesome to work with. He is very thorough and particular about his job, and really tries to work with clients and their budget.

Brian arrived on time for the appointment. We showed him around and discussed what work we would like done. He took his time and took in every word we said. He didn't rush us at all. When we were done, he told us he'd call the next day with an estimate. We were hoping to get a cost that day. Brian sat down and gave us quote that night. Although the work hasn't been done yet, we've already decided to go with Brain and On A Roll Painting.

We LOVE Brian and his crew! He is unlike any contractor we've ever hired! We moved into a 4000 sq. ft. home July 2009. Brian has painted almost every room of our new home and we have plans to have him come back to paint the remaining rooms. Brian always gives a written estimate and he can, usually, schedule the job about 3 weeks after the initial estimate. He, always, calls 24 - 48 hours prior to his arrival to confirm his appointment. He tries to be at our house by 8:30am, but sometimes he's a little late. Our mornings are flexible, so we don't mind. He'll bring 2 or 3 guys with him depending on how big the job is. He offers to buy the paint for us, but I always buy it myself and he tells me how much to get. They also move the furniture for us, and do a great job cleaning up. They are always nice and polite to us, our kids and our dogs. I, also, trust him so much that I've left him and the guys alone in my home with no worries that anything will be broken or taken. He'll even lock up the house if he gets done painting before I get home. Brian is very meticulous. We have crown molding and big windows, so he has to do a lot of "cutting" around the edges. There are no paint sploches on my ceilings or floors. He's great! I would recommend him to anyone! Customer service and job performance are really important to him. Those are two qualities that are really hard to find these days.
