+ -1 moreWe are very satisfied with the gentleman that does our work. We have done pricing. We are very pleased with what he does, and he does it for a reasonable price. We have a service package with them. I would give him an A+. He is exceptional. The price is excellent. I would use them again, we will use them as long as we can.

+ -1 moreHIS CHARGES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND EVEN CAME OUT WHEN I HAD NO HEAT WITHOUT CHARGING AT ALL!!!!THIS GENTLEMAN IS A TRUE GENTLEMAN IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD.PROFESSIONAL AND CONSCIENTOUS TO THE CORE. SOME CONTRACTORS I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLESHARING WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY BECAUSE OF INCONSISTENT SERVICE.NOT SO WITH JON GOBLE.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
Description of Work: JON GOBLE OF JG HEATING AND COOLING HAS WORKED ON BOTH OF OUR HOUSES.ONE NEEDING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND THE OTHER NEEDING BOTH MAINTENANCE AND SOME INVESTIGATINGTO FIND THE NOISE THAT I WAS HEARING FROM THE A/C UNIT. HE FOUND AND FIXED THE 'PHANTOM' NOISE THATMY HUSBAND NEVER HEARD. SOMETHING WAS MAKING A DUCT VIBRATE IN A VERY HIGH PITCHED TONE.HE NEVER ONCE THOUGHT I WAS HEARING THINGS----HE LOOKED AND FOUND THE PROBLEM AND MY EARS WEREHAPPY! MR. GOBLE WAS BOTH COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF MY PROBLEM----NEVER ONCE DOUBTING THAT I HEARDWHAT I HEARD. HE SAID THAT WOMEN USUALLY CAN HEAR HIGHER PITCHED NOISES BETTER THAN MEN. HE HAS A STRONG WORK ETHIC AND ALWAYS MAKES SURE HIS CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORKDONE. HE DOES NOT CONTRACT OUT HIS WORK----HE DOES THE SERVICE CALLS HIMSELF.
