Bill did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with his attention to detail, communication, and sincere desire to make sure I was pleased with his work.

Seemed nice-qualified-price was solid/final. Deposit given-shingle selected to be ordered while on vacation-on return found out that shingles hadn't even been ordered. One month later (NONE of my calls ever returned). Crew was non-english speaking, so communication was difficult. Very messy, destroyed heirloom plant, left junk in my yard for over a month (between roof completion & gutter work start), still picking up debris. Gutters done by only 1 person, never saw him start or say a word, didn't know who he was. I stated that some rotten wood needed to be replaced, never did it. One downspout is now leaking into the house. I have had to fix one gutter already. Underlayment buckling in summer. Poor workmanship!

The crew started when they said that they would, and finished when they said that they would. They delivered the shingle to a different place on the driveway than they promised. So they moved it (made it right). They did a total tear off of the roof, put down better felt than was previously on the roof, and installed the shingle as promised. Cleaned up of the ''big stuff'' was excellent. Clean up of the ''little stuff'' may have been hindered by the snow, so I am still picking up staples, small pieces of shingle, and nails.
