DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!! After $31K for a whole house remodel, Rich has failed to complete any of his contracted items. What a disaster of a company... So disappointing. Rich will show up for the first 2 days and then never again. He had his daughter, her boyfriend, daughters high school friend, and then random people - none with experience - work on the rest of my house. My laminate flooring is buckled throughout the entire house. The flooring has gaps, imperfections, and the gaps are so big - that the base molding they never painted or reinstalled per the contract - does not cover it up. Lighting - not even close to being up to code. The could not even use a tape measure to got the spacing correct. After removing the drywall and carefully stealing all the existing 2x4 from my house for his own house, they could not even figure out how to re-stucco the ceiling, My 4 year old granddaughter would have done a better job than Architectural Remodeling. Forget about them cleaning up after themselves, you will have to rent a $900 dumpster, haul out all their trash and clean up the filth they leave behind. My kitchen faucet was installed by a professional - backwards. After having technicians out to my house believing my brand new dishwasher was faulty (again a charge to me) - Richs professional did not hook up the water. This just touches the surface on how terrible this company is. The kids could not figure out how to hook-up the new toilets. Imagine not having a toilet for days and your contractor does not answer your calls or texts. He will show you a diagram of this amazing island that he will construct using your existing cabinetry, but then he give away your cabinets and you end up having to call your granite supplier and let them know that they have to change the granite (at another charge to yourself). After you give Rich the exact model and serial number and specifications of your brand new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, stovetop, dishwasher, and sink (because of his custom cabinetry) - they do not fit. You have to wait weeks to get on the calendar because he is so busy. So you end up having to do it yourself. I have so much more to write, but it makes me ill and stressed out knowing what a horrible company and family they are. I have got pictures, the signed contracts, and paid checks to prove all, plus so much more. I was a transplant from Cleveland Ohio to the Columbus area. I believed this horrible man stole from me.

Rich was great came out and replace the receptacle that had caught on fire and then checked the breaker box and everything checked out OK . Good job Rich thanks again.

Some miscommunication on their part in the beginning but was rectified by owner.

Rich came to our rescue when an urgent electrical problem came up. He rearranged his schedule to get us in the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable in his trade and explained everything he would be doing. I felt he genuinely cared about me and my family and our safety. We have four small kids and are so thankful for Rich's compassion, expertise and professionalism. This is something you don't see with large corporations. Rich was also very fair on price, especially given the emergent nature of the project. Support small business and hire Rich! Highly recommend him!

Rich and Aubry did an AWESOME job on our electric panel update.. They were extremely knowledgeable in their trade, patient and courteous with all of our questions.. They were genuine, trustworthy and down to earth. Rich was super friendly with my dogs which is a huge make or break for me!!.. I have several other electrical projects I will be hiring Rich and Aubry for in the future. Highly recommend them!!

Great service. Wonderful crew.

They came out initially and did an excellent job in the first few two days. But then started to have delays in the project because the contractors kept changing. When the job was done, I was left with many holes in the walls and had to hire a separate contractor to repair that. Also, I have one outlet now that does not have enough current to run a vacuum, when called to have them correct this, they never returned the voice-mails. Still have not heard from them.

Showed up and did this first part of the project as requested. Lied and delayed and never showed for the second part.

I hired Mr. Bennett to do this job... had to reschedule several times due to him getting the flu...then a worker quit...then it rained, so we rescheduled again... we finally decided on a day and time and NO CALL NO SHOW...never heard from him again... WOW... so I would never recommend him to anyone

We had a tough job with 'out of the ordinary' conditions. He had to add another panel and correct the issues in the existing panel. The electrician was persistant, staying until the job was finished the same day. The price was very reasonable and stayed within the quoted price. Very knowledgeable and professional but friendly. We want them back soon to give us a quote on building a 3 season room.

They arrived on time and went above and beyond what we needed.

Very punctual. The service they provided was exactly what I asked . I also hired them to do some remodeling now.
