There was an issue with instructions on the unit I had installed and he called the manufacturer to find out the problem. Resolved it straight away. I told him I would call again for future help. I highly recommend.

I cannot believe how satisfied my wife and I are with Rich's removal and installation of a new kitchen ceiling light, plus a fixture in a closet and a few more add-ones. Not only is he a nice guy, but he was prompt and so cooperative that I want to use him again. And, the job was done promptly and, here's the punch line, the cost was very reasonable! We will be using him again, and I recommend him highly.

I received an instant response to my inquiry. After further research, I hired Rich to install 6 GFCI outlets. He was quite professional, personable, efficient, very knowledgeable, had an excellent work ethic, went right to work on the outlets, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. I would recommend Rich to others and will hire him again on future projects.

We used home advisor to find Rich and like many said a really nice guy, scheduled an appointment about two weeks out, showed up on time. There were to be two phases to our project: Phase 1 move and install a new electric box Phase 2 bury our main line from pole to house. Phase 1 was done 95% of the way but it didnt bother me knowing they would be back in a week or two to complete phase 1 and do phase 2. But now I'm on the ignore list and it has been 10 weeks. My new electric panel does not have a door and therefore nothing is labeled, I have our main power lines coming into the house on the outside of the wall studs. Again I can live with this for a week or 2 but now that its been 10 i'm getting upset. Our laundry room has been in the midst of construction for 10 weeks because Architectural Remodeling wont respond or at the very least finish Phase 1. I have texted him just asking for a door to the panel and to get the main line back in the wall so we can put up drywall and finish our laundry room. So disappointed - super nice guy, work that was done was great, fair pricing. -

Fast & efficient. He had a quote to me within hours, had the job done in a day and a half and he was reasonably priced! He also helped me find good prices on materials for other projects. Rich is a good guy, a great business-man and he is skilled at his work.
