Rich is very quick, responded within 2 minutes of my request and was able to give an estimate the next day (very reasonable price, and transparent). The work was completes in one day, Rich, Lonnie, Aubrie were very professional. JOB WELL DONE!

Rich returned my phone call almost immediately after I contacted him. He offered to do the job later that same week. He arrived on time, began work promptly, kept me informed on how the job was progressing, never left until the job was done (even to eat lunch) and was thoroughly professional and very personable! I would recommend him for any electrical job or other remodeling jobs as he seems to be a-jack-of-all-trades!

I had an issue with wiring being a little messed up in our bathroom and Rich figured it out in about 15 minutes, it was a bad outlet in a different part of the house. He worked quickly and cleanly and everything is working again the way it should!

Rich called me as soon as I got off the Home Advisor site. He offered to come out that day but I was not available so he came out first thing the next day. He and Lonny had the job done in less than an hour and they also replaced a pull chain on an overhead light at no charge. Will definitely call him again.

He was very friendly. He ran a couple of tests and determined it was with AEP. He told me what I needed to tell them when I called ans they came out and fixed it.

Overall I was pleased with the work completed. I would have preferred to be updated more regularly on the project without having to constantly reach out on my own to find out, but that's a personal preference.

Spoke with Rich, the owner. He knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a quote. I had to have the meter and connectors replaced due to lines settling. He was prompt with returning calls and getting to the job. He took the time to explain what happened and that it is pretty common. Would highly recommend him and his company.

updated rr - (12/25) - I would like homeadvisor to reinstate my accurate and truthful previous complaint, now that they have all the evidence I texted to them including video footage of exactly what I told them was the case. Plus, many many more photos of substandard work. If homeadvisor provides a service to the consumer I would like to ask why when I left a voicemail with Debra asking her to contact me so I could counter complain and send my OWN footage, she never contacted me back (weeks ago). If homeadvisor wishes to prohecgvan air of impartiality I should be responded to with equivalency. Just because the untrustworthy builder sends you a video that’s pretty easy to Doctor as uojverrent actually gets, that’s enough to accuse me of making false statements? That accusation is simply not true and problematic in its own right. I wish fir my complaint to be reinstated. I have sent footage, plenty of it.

No communication.

I got great communication from Rick about when they would be here to install the electrical for my new hot tub. After a bit of a snafu (not their fault) we got the work done a couple days later. Everything was done with high quality and I would definitely hire them again.
