Architectural Remodeling

Wonderful experience!!! He was very courteous and explained to me how the previous electrical company had gone the lazy route by not connecting a second outlet. We had never had a need for the other outlet but the new buyers for our old house wanted it fixed. SO very glad I hired Architectural Remodeling and plan to have them do some work for me at our new home! Very reasonable on the price too!

The repair was scheduled at 10 AM and the Technician showed up exactly at 10 AM. He was very courteous and did a great job. He replaced light fixtures at my house and took care of disposing of the old fixtures. The job was done as per my expectations. Overall I would give them 5 stars in all categories but gave 4.5 for customer service as they want to charge extra for credit card payment. I ended up writing a check and it's no big deal. It would be nice if they mention it ahead of time that the Credit Card charge will have a surcharge.

The work performed was done very well and extremely reasonably priced for the quality of work. Would definitely use this service again.

We will use this company for all of our home improvement needs. Christian was prompt and courteous . After Christian was done , if I wouldn't of been here I would not of known he had ever been at my home and completed all the projects. Christian is very knowledgable and was able to explain why we should do the install this way over the way we first mentioned. We are having Christian come twice a year to check our furnace and air conditioner. Architectural Remodeling is an OUTSTANDING company.

Quality of work was excellent. Did not finish work and avoided my calls. Job still not finished and still trying to contact company to finish job. Only has about 2 hrs of trim work around microwave to finish job. Will probably not recommend this company, I am sorry to say, since they did such a great job of cutting quartz counter top and installing new cooktop. Cannot understand why rich won't finish trim work around microwave oven. Very disappointed.

Poor work, messy job site (cigarette butts thrown in yard), did not finish job to satisfaction (drips on siding, paint on windows/screens), trim installed poorly, the list goes on and on. I will gladly show work to anyone before you hire them. I've been trying for a year to get them to complete the work, they have chosen not to.

Rich went above and beyond with customer service. He made two trips to Lowe's and spent extra time on a snowy Friday night (!) troubleshooting our water heater issues. My impression of Rich is that he's experienced, smart, fair, and he WILL solve your problem! Thank you, Rich!

He was able to show up the same day we called - and it was the day before a holiday! We can't thank him enough for his expertise and giving us our piece of mind back!

Rich was very professional and pleasant to work with. They were able to do my job within 2 days after contacting them. Chris, the electrician, was also very nice and got the work done quickly. Wasn't a big job, but would definitely hire them for other work.

Very impressed. Since they do all kinds of remodeling, I feel comfortable to use them for a larger job.

Customer service was excellent! Owner called to say the electrician would be 10 to 15 minutes late. All communications between me and service were timely. Electrician also installed a smoke detector and answered other electrical questions ... went beyond the "call of duty".
