Rich was professional, polite and showed up right on time. His work was excellent! He installed 2 outlets into our beautiful wood floor so we were a little apprehensive about the project to begin with, but his work was flawless. We got our floor outlets and our floors look as beautiful as ever. He also helped us pick out the best color of the outlets to match our floors. He did such a good job that when we had an emergency plumbing job the next day we didn't even consider calling anybody else. We called and he fit us in because it was an urgent situation. I highly recommend Architectural Remodeling! It's now our go to place for a variety of services.

First hired Rich to do some electrical work and then to install ceiling in home. Was fairly satisfied with the work done. Then asked Rich to install plumbing in shower. He took some parts with him, but never returned to do the job and did not return calls. Very disappointed because he was a really nice person.
