Great. They did everything I asked them to do . Worked very hard and got job done quickly.

They worked with us free of charge in trying to figure out if a fence would be possible. We had struggles mostly because we had easements on our property. They helped us call the city and try to sort out the details. Finally, we had to decide that we couldn't do it for a variety of reasons. We offered to pay them for their services, but they said "No". They were really great!

The job went very well. David and Jim worked very hard and paid close attention to detail. There were some communication issues because I didn't understand some of the terminology they used in the fence business. But this was resolved by Jeremiah (salesperson) and Jim (owner). I discovered later that were a few empty nail holes which I easily fixed myself. I think their nail gum shot a few blanks. Now, over a year later, the fence looks great and is great shape even considering the terrible winter we had.

Very happy with the entire process. The sales rep was able to set an appointment the same week and I had an estimate the day after. He was very helpful in helping identify the best plan for our family which includes a small dog. Within 2 weeks I was called to set a schedule for the installation crew to meet with me and sink the posts. We had some weather issues, but the office team kept me updated on the change of schedule and the installation team was very helpful in identifying the exact/correct boundary for what our needs are. They also made sure to extend the fence as low to ground per my request for our small dog. The two gentlemen who installed the fence were excellent. The attention to each detail in the process was appreciated. They completed the fence in one working day and came back after an installation the next day to complete my gate installation and clean up on overtime. They were friendly and efficient and the craftsmanship skill of the crew is obvious now seeing the completed project. I have received many compliments from neighbors, family and friends and I would recommend NEO for any future fence installation needs. Only slight complaint is cleanup of soil/rock left behind from sinking posts. It was quite a challenge to clean up yard after installation and find a place for all that soil/rock. But I consider it a small price to pay for the quality of the final product.

Inquired about fencing via Angie's List with my contact information and didn't even get any kind of response! Disappointing!

They were horrible. The salesman came out and discussed everything and we told him what we wanted and he just kept saying, "No problem, no problem, understood. That's all industry standard." Basically we had gotten a property survey and so we knew exactly where the property lines where and told them that the fence had to be 12 inches off the property line. He said, "No problem." The guys came out, my husband was here but he was working so he he couldn't really stand out and babysit them. They dug all the holes at the post and when I got home from work, we went out there to take a look at it and they were all on the property lines and my husband sent an email to the salesman. He said that he would take care of it, not a problem and he came out the next day and basically gave me a hard time about having to move it hoping not to worry about it. The most what he didn't care is where you put the fence and I told him that we are in a township we have to have it 12 inches off and he kept arguing with me and saying, "Don't worry about it." My husband also saw them pouring dry bags of mud into the hole and adding water which is not the correct way to do things. We told that to his boss also and basically the worker said that my husband is a liar and was yelling at me in my face. This was not good at all. So they re-dug the holes and finally moved them where they needed to be and they installed the gate incorrectly and ordered the wrong gate. When they finished it, the gate only opened half way so when they installed the gate they never checked it. They used our garbage can for all of their garbage which we have had a lot of stuff done around our home, no one has ever done that. Normally they take it away. We asked if they had pulled the permit and they said yes of course which was never provided and we asked for a copy of the permit and we have yet to see that. They never showed us the copy of the permit and when it was all said and done the owner sent my husband an email or called him with the message and he said, "You have a balance in your account, if you want to drop it to our office which is 12 miles away we would really appreciate that." And he said that they went above and beyond for us which was not right.

All went pretty well. When we wanted damaged wood replaced it was. The only real issue is that we asked for 3" spacing which should have been small enough to keep our dog(s) from slipping through the fence. The spacing was very inconsistent, and several places are visibly more widely spaced.

We got them off of Angie's List. We liked them very much, they were very competitive, they were thorough, the guys that came out and did the work did really well. It was very rainy and muddy, but they didn't care. They left the garage muddier than I would care for, but it was no big deal. They accidentally knocked over one of the little walkway lights, and they paid to have it repaired.

They were very speedy and friendly. There were some inclement weather issues but they called ahead to let me know if they would be late or wouldn't be there.

It went very good. He gave a price to install the fence but wasnt sure if I would be needed because of the possibility of selling the house. It was a fine price. I would chose if I decide to install the fence.

Our driveway gate was scraping the asphalt underneath to the point where one leaf of the gate could not be opened or closed without risking damage to the leaf. Northeast sent two people within a week to saw the leaf's pickets at the bottom. The price was rather steep for about a half hour's work, but the guys who did the job were friendly and professional and we're happy with the results. We will most likely use Northeast again in the future.

My experience with Bob from NEO Fence was outstanding. He was very thorough with his estimate, walked me through exactly what I was to expect at each stage of the project. Took care of all permits as well. Work on the fence itself was quality and it was VERY COLD outside while they were doing it, so extra good marks for delivering in poor conditions. I would definitely do business with them again.

Installed 6 foot wooden fence around the perimeter of our back yard. They did an excellent job and were very professional.

On time, very professional and didn't mind questions being asked. Worked hard and completed when promised, clean up excellent.

The technician was friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. He was very nice to my 2 year old son who is fascinated with anything that has to do with tools and building stuff.

They are going to put a fence in for me in the near future. I was very impressed with the guy that came out. They have been around for a long time and I felt after talking with him, that he was being honest. He is easy to work with and he showed up when he said he would show up. I thought that he was very professional. I will be using him.

Hank was fantastic to work with. I had gotten 3 quotes from contractors and although they were not the cheapest they were willing to come down a bit in price. Their fence product seemed more superior in quality than other companies especially the gates. They are welded at their shop and very sturdy with metal inlays not just wood which can warp. We have a scalloped fence approximately 5 feet tall which encloses our large backyard. They came out when they said they would to set the posts first and then a week later installed the fence. We have received tons of compliments from our neighbors on the fence. I would use them again for sure and would recommend them as well.

This company came to the house to inspect the damage and then emailed a contract. They were on time , polite , and did an excellent repair. If they did such a fantastic job , on a small job , can you imagine the high quality of work they would do installing an entire fence?

The person who came out to bid the job was wonderful. He was very personable and showed up when he said he would. The men who came out to do the work also did a great job. They were very professional. The only issue was the job did not get finished until 6 weeks after they said they would.

It went great. They modified their usual design to match our existing fencing. They came out to install the fence and came out with pine instead of the cedar. They were very nice and apologized, but had to come back a few days later to install the fence and gate. When they cam back it was done well and correctly. Looks great and matches our existing fencing perfectly. Great job. Nice people.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this company. First, they come unprepared to measure out the backyard (and I had to be the one to speak up and ask if he wanted to reschedule since he clearly he wasn?t willing to do the work). The worst part was when I was sitting and waiting for a person (let alone a phone call) that would never come.

I have not yet decided on whether to put up the fence. If I do, I will go with them. They were Professional, prompt, friendly and the price is fair.

I was extremely pleased with Northeast Ohio Fence! Their price was the best and their professionalism along with attention to detail was also excellent. Originally, they said it would be about a month from the time I signed the contract until construction but they were able to squeeze my project in when someone else cancelled. Hank and his team were extremely careful installing the posts so that they were aligned perfectly. Matt and his crew did a great job following our directions as we wanted part of the fence 6 feet high and the other 4 feet. They angled the pickets in a well-spaced, carefully tapered manner. Overall the fence is beautiful, we are very pleased and would highly recommend them to others!

They arrived for the estimate and the fence construction when they said they would and were courteous and professional. They were helpful in our decision making process as to whether we should go with wood or chain link. The completed fence is strong and attractive.
