We are so happy with our new fence. NEO fence was kind, courteous, and professional from Dan who gave us our quote, Tara who coordinated and scheduled everything, and the teams out in the yard doing the work. They left no mess, and completed the whole job in a total of less than five days (with breaks in between for weather and letting the posts set). We got our quote early in the summer thinking we would need to wait a while before they would be available but they ended up needing to wait on us (we wanted to finish some other work in our yard before the fence would be in the way). It looks great and is exactly what we wanted. Somewhat pricey, but worth the cost in our opinion.

Called to set up appointment for privacy fencing for yard. Was told by unprofessional receptionist that they no longer serve the area I live. What?! I live in Cleveland on the Garfield/Maple Hts border, no more than a 1.5 mi. from their business! Then she referred me to Borchert Fence Co. which is primarily a commercial operation and at least 5 mi. away. And with no explanation! When asked what areas are they serving, she said Fairlawn, Akron area. Northeast Ohio. So when the ads state that they serve all of Cuyahoga county, that's false; should say Summit County instead. Or prospective clients are being turned away by deliberate false information, even those in their neighborhood! I smell a rat!

We got several estimates. Other companies wrote in their estimates that they wouldn't be responsible for damage done to the sandstone wall caps. I found that odd. We hired NEO Fence and Deck. There was not pressure or annoying sales pitch. I picked a plain, simple fence that is attractive for the purpose. The work was done today. They came on time, did a great job, and were really polite and friendly. The fence looks fantastic. Both my husband and I are extremely pleased, it is better than we thought it would be. Not inexpensive, but a quality job was done.

They we're more expensive than some of the estimates that I got, but the quality of their materials and workmanship made it worth it. Highly recommend this company

I called on May 1st and I spoke with the receptionist and explained that they had done a whole fence replacement about 10 years ago and a panel had fell and needed to be replaced. She took my information and said that she would have someone contact me to come out. I never received a call back. I called again on May 15th. No one answered, but I was able to leave a message. As of today, May 23, I have not had any response from the company. The fence is now on the ground and have landscapers coming to work on the yard. There will be an issue with getting the grass mowed now.

Hank was the estimator who came out to quote our project. We were originally looking at vinyl fence but we were shown some aluminum options and that's what we ended up going with. They quoted several different options for us for both vinyl and aluminum fence. The installers worked extremely quickly and put everything up in 2 days, with only a few feet of fencing and hanging gates left to be done after the first day. The installers also brought a couple of different options for hinges and latches with them to show me, and were great about changing from what I'd originally asked for once I saw the options. Only a few months after the install, a storm felled a large tree onto the fence, destroying about 35ft of it. They were again great about coming out quickly to work up a quote, and did a great and timely job of repairing it once I gave them the go-ahead.

They were very good. There was no charge for that estimate. The guy was definitely an A. They're a little expensive to put up a fence; it was coming in at eight grand and I'm not doing a fence for eight grand.

It went really well. In fact we are using them to do something else. They were excellent. The head crew fellow named Josh, had three fellows with him and they worked all day. They came first to put in all of the posts, and a week later they came to hang the fence. They were efficient. They cleaned up. They talked to us throughout the day about what was being done. We couldn't be happier with it. The price was reasonable. We did play phone tag. We had a little problem with the city for the permit. Because it was near the holidays, it was hard to get the job going. They could've been a little more effective with that. It wasn't their problem, but a city problem. They would call before they were coming, and show up on time.

I called up Neo Fence and they came out to measure the fencing for a quote. I even requested a taller fence post for my dog run line and they factored it in with no problem. Bob who came out to do the quote was very professional and had samples of different fences for me to see as well as digital photo samples on his mobile iPad. Within 48 hours, I received my quote via email and while I waited for the insurance company to see if they were going to pay for this. Neo Fence was very understanding of my current situation that work wasn't going to start immediately. Once the down payment was paid, they came out to remove the fencing sections and were very professional when they arrived and finished the job in a timely fashion. Four to five days later they returned to put up the fencing and once again very professional and fence was put up and was very satisfactory. I definitely like that Neo Fence put my fencing directly up against my neighbors garage so I didn't have to worry about how to eliminate that gap on my own.

We dealt with Hank at first. He came out when he said he would-even in the pouring rain. He gave us an estimate and was not pushy at all. We did decide to hire them. His crew called and let us know when they would be coming and did an excellent job. I had to reach out to Hank for a few questions, and he always responded back to me within at least a day. The fence looks amazing. We have received several compliments on it. Most importantly, the service was great and the response time was great.

They were good, but when I needed something, like my driveway gate, they didn't respond to me right away. My driveway gate I wasn't happy with and they wouldn't repair it to my satisfaction. The workers were great.

I went with the less expensive, smaller company.

They did the job of fencing in the backyard to keep the dog inside and the deer out, but they were careless with property border. When asked to correct the error they wanted me to pay for their mistake. They don't take responsibility for their mistake on property boundaries!

Within four five days it was done. I had gotten three estimates and they actually were higher than my lowest estimate but they matched that lowest estimate to get my business and they were really good. They were just very friendly nice guys very you know when your fencing a half an acre it's not just flat you know I mean they were really considerate about the fact that I had dogs and that you know it was important to me that the fence be put in as low to the ground as possible, really carefully and they did an exceptional job, they really did a painstaking wonderful job.

They did a fine job. The fence and gates are very sturdy and good looking. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Never followed up. Glad to know business is that good they don't have the respect to respond to customer inquiries. Customers shouldn't have to chase for service.

Excellent they arrived on time and what ever they promised or said they were going to do they did it. Never worked with such a great company before!

After having several companies review our needs and provide a quote, we chose Northeast Ohio Fence & Deck. We could not be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Dan in sales was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond (due to the crazy rules in the town we live in ) to ensure that we would be happy. Heather at the office was always on the ball and informative whenever we would call and the two great guys that installed the fence on one of the hottest days of the year, Matt and Fred were excellent installers. Thank you all for a job well done. My good neighbors are envious (and happy too) since our fence provides privacy not only for our home but a few others as well from the unsightly mess & bad neighbors next door. We can now enjoy our yard again!

Work performed on time and on budget. Area was cleaned up. We were notified 24 hours in advance of crews showing up. All issues we encountered were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. For example, a section was installed leaving a gap we felt our dog may be able to dig under. They quickly addressed our concerns by replacing the boards with longer ones at no cost. If it's not right they will make it right! We definitely recommend NEO fence. Everyone from sales to install was friendly and easy to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were far more reasonably priced than other fence companies. They were easy to work with and very informative throughout the process. From the time of the estimate to the install date it took about 3-4 weeks. Highly recommend.

They installed an approximately 60? long, 6? high Western Red Cedar Board on Board Fence with 1? overlap board spacing. Since new fence would sit on land with an elevation change, I asked them to keep the top of the fence level, so I could fill in the dips in the ground later and end up with a ?level? fence. This required installing the fence posts first, then cutting each post as needed so they would all be level with the top of the fence. I wanted the pickets a few inches off the ground to keep the pickets from drawing moisture from the ground. Northeast Ohio Fence & Deck Co. did everything I asked for. The fence was installed on schedule, exactly as specified, the installers were pleasant, their workmanship was excellent and the price was reasonable. And, the installers didn?t complain when I insisted on checking the depth of each post hole myself. :-) Note: Cedar pickets are normally attached to pressure treated posts and rails. I specified stainless steel nails because home use pressure treated lumber is now preserved with Alkaline Copper Quaternary (ACQ) rather than the old compound that leached arsenic. ACQ is better for the environment but is corrosive to metal. The very best nail to use with the new pressure treated lumber is stainless steel, no blacking of the wood, no risk of early structural failure and it only adds a little bit to the cost of the fence. There are other nails that will work with ACQ but stainless steel is the best.

The installers were very diligent with their work. It was a difficult install due to the need to dig post holes in a very rocky area. Regardless of this unforeseen obstacles, the installers were still pleasant and did not express frustration. They arrived when they said they would arrive and performed all the work to which they committed. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and appearance of the fence.
