Project went perfectly. They came in and removed the old fence on Friday 3/16 setting the new posts in concrete and saying that the concrete should set up for a couple of days. They called on Monday 3/19 to say they would be on site at 10 AM 3/20. They arrived on time, installed the panels of fencing within 4 hours, cleaned up the work site and left without a hitch. Highly recommend!

They came out right away to determine what needed to be done to repair gate and gave me an estimate the same day . They came back within 48 hrs to fix, and it is working better than ever now! Very professional and courteous to deal with. Will be calling them to straighten out another part of the fence. Wish I had used them for the original installation. The price was fair, and the job was completed very quickly.

They charged me around $600. It was a reasonable price. My overall interaction with them was very good. They were pretty prompt and professional. I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

I purchased this house 3 years ago (short sale) in a west side neighborhood of Cleveland Ohio. Neighbors on the east side of my property had previously placed a small decorative fence along my driveway and connected it to my garage. It was clearly noted on the Mortgage survey that they were encroaching on my property. I had asked them in a written letter to move their fence and they responded through their UAW Attorney (Carie Becker) claiming that the fence was on their property and had been standing for more than 21 years. I was advised by Rick with NEOFC to order a property survey, which I did have done and again it clearly showed their encroachment. I was also advised to contact the City of Cleveland Building and Housing Dept. and ask for an Inspector to come out and view the the property survey and issue a citation to the adjacent property owners. After the City had issued a building permit for the new fencing to be installed, I was finally able to have an inspector "Charles Davis" from the City of Cleveland come out to my house after many requests. Basically, the inspector did nothing to help facilitate the situation or issue a citation. Again, I repeatedly asked why the City was not going to issue a citation and I never received a clear definitive answer. NEOFC did proceed with installing my new fence and the "neighbors" called the police during the construction, the Officers asked to see the building permit and property survey, then they allowed the workers to finish the construction. I am very happy with my new fence (great job). As the old saying goes "Fences make the best neighbors".

They had a work permit that told them they could start working so they set some poles but the commission told them they had to move them in a foot so they came back out and moved the poles and they came in about 100 dollars under the estimate which I was pretty surprised about. I would recommend them. I am going to use them for a deck in the future.

Our front porch, as far as we know, is original to the house, so it is over 100 years old. It needed repair, as some boards were broken, and the paint was pealing. I contacted several places through Angie's List, but some did not return my message, and others said that I was outside of their area - we are in the Old Brooklyn/Ohio City area, by the zoo. Only Rick returned my message with a phone call, and said that it was no problem. Rick showed up for the estimate. He saw the state of the porce, and knew exactly what needed to be done, and gave me detailed proposals on both the repair, and repainting of the porch. Rick asked me what our timetable was. I honestly said that we weren't in a hurry, so as long as it's done before the first snowfall. I have no idea what these types of repairs would cost, so the pricetag did jar me a little at first. But it was well worth it. The quality is there, and it was a quality job well done. They replaced all the damaged original planks with the exact same kind of tongue-and-groove boards, as well as some extra wood to help add support to the porch. And, they sealed key points with caulking. Then they powerwashed the entire porch from top to bottom. They applied primer, sanded where necessary, and then an opaque stain that matched the original color excellently. The opaque stain is much better than paint, from what they tell me, because it contains oils that help preserve the wood, and also has UV protection that most paints do not. They applied this stain to the entire porch, from top to bottom - including the railings and pillars, and the porch now has a nice thick solid color and feel to it. The whole porch looks brand new. It took them a couple visits to complete, but that is natural, as time is needed between the repairs, washing, sanding, priming, and painting.Excellent job. I will hire this company again for some other small outdoor projects. My nextdoor neighbor noticed the work and even asked me who I had hired. I recommended them to her.

I was completely satisfied. The price that they quoted me was the price that they charged. I had to call him back out as a tree had fallen on my fence. He gave me a quote over the phone and that was the price that he charged me. He came out in a timely manner.

Northeast Ohio Deck and Fence was very professional and they came out 1 or 2 days after we called them. They were knowledgeable and gave us very good advice on what would work best for our yard.

They did an excellent job and are very professional. The people who came out were really nice and they cleaned up well after themselves. There were no negatives and I will use them again in the future.

.They did a very good job. They came by to measure and gave me a quote within 24 hours. Jeremy with whom I spoke to, in getting everything set up was very good. He gave his cell phone number and I could get in touch with him as there was a little bit of a mix up. They were supposed to be here at a certain time and I could not make it. But they were here anyway and they were able to do what we had discussed over the phone. They came measured everything and told me that within a week everything would be ready with all the specification. They came in and just took like 45 minutes to put everything together. They were very professional and courteous and I will use them in the future.

Estimate was on the lower end of the several we received. Interaction very professional. Numerous options presented for fence style, level of detail, options. Engaged for installation. Performed on-time, per expectations. Left clean work areas. Would do business with Northeast again.

This is a follow up rating to one posted last year when they installed a chain link fence around our backyard garden and replaced an existing wood gate door to our backyard. During a storm several weeks ago a branch from a neighbors tree fell on the corner of the wood gate and knocked off the top hinge. I was busy with work so I called these guys for an estimate to repair the hinge. The guy said he remembered installing the fence and gate and that he would leave an estimate in my mailbox in the next few days. He did -- and the estimate was $150 -- which seemed awful high to replace a hinge? I hadn't looked at the type of hinge as I assumed they'd repair it for under $50. That night my neighbor told me they sell those hinges at Home Depot for about $2 so I drove up to Home Depot and bought one. Actual cost was $2.18. Took me about five minutes to put the new hinge on and repair the door. The hinge was the type that snaps around the frame and has a nut and screw that needs tightening. Obviously a $2.00 hinge and five minutes of time isn't worth $150. I was satisfied with the fence around my wife's garden and gate that they installed on an existing fence door to our backyard but thought they were a bit pricey then. Now I know they are. Make sure you get multiple estimates if you use these guys.

The quote was competitive. We are looking at getting some more quotes. They were professional and had all work details. They walked through all the items. The quote was given the same day.

They were fine, they came out quick and we got the estimate the next day. I haven't got any other estimates so I can't say whether their estimate was good or not though it seemed okay.

They were very slow in getting back to us. I called them a couple of times. They had a particular product that they wanted to use, a composite, which I didn't really want. Their price was really high. I would not like to use their services in the future.

I would never ever use them again. I had a very bad experience with them. The owner was never around when the fence was put up and they had to come back three times. One fence which they put in 2008 was horrible because they used cheap wood and it was terrible. He is overpriced. Once you sign the contract, he is never around. When I call him he never comes back to follow up.

The storm took down two fence posts that between my townhouse and the one next to me. I them and everything seem to be great, but somewhere there was communication breakdown between us. No call back on Friday or Saturday. I ask them to come and give me a quote on that Friday. I waited all day, but I did not get a call so I called left a message, No call back on Friday or Saturday. When I got home people that live next store told they did not see anybody come by to look at it. Then on Monday the guy call me in the evening, but by that time I had someone already fix the fence by then. I can't say if they do good work or not? I am not sure if I would call them again.

The estimate was accurate. I made a number of suggestions and the estimator explained where he though my plans would work and where he recommended change for a more finished look. I took his advice. He told me that they would fit my small job in at the end of the day and he would call in advance. The work was done within two weeks.

It has been great so far. They were punctual.

They delivered as promised, and were very communicative about needing to reschedule because of weather.
