Description of Work: They put in a wooden fence enclosure at my daughter's house. It made a great gift. It rained on the scheduled date. They came the next week. The fence was gorgeous and even the neighbors loved it. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had this company come out and give us an estimate on fencing. We had several companies come out. We were going to choose this company, however, they did not return calls, we had to contact them three times, the last time was to tell them we chose another company!!

Description of Work: NEO Fence and Deck installed a wood privacy fence along one side of my property, and a chain link gate across the driveway. The estimator prepared the written proposal at the time he came to measure. It was detailed and easy to understand. They completed the job in the time frame indicated in the estimate. They were quick to replace a split fence board and to install the caps on the chain link posts that were left off during the installation. This is the second job I have used them for. Both properties look great. The price was in the lowest of three estimates.

Description of Work: We would recommend NE Ohio Fence to ANYONE!!!! Bob (the representative) was very friendly and professional, Heather (the office guru) gave quick and precise answers, the installation team (SEVERAL hard-working individuals men) quickly and professionally installed a combination privacy/chain-link six-foot fence around our whole yard in three days. Cleaned up/hauled away all debris and restored yard as much a could be done (with no thanks to Mother Nature). Would recommend HIGHLY to anyone looking for a great company!!!!

Description of Work: Put up a bord on bord fence around entire back yard.

Description of Work: They came out to give us an estimate and five days later called to say they needed more information. They were on time for the initial meeting but I thought they were late in getting the quote (which we didn't get) to us.

Description of Work: Placed a split rail fence at our back property line and replaced some rotted out split rails on the fence between one neighbor's property and ours.

Description of Work: They came on 6/2/12 when we signed the contract and made the initial deposit. We knew that they were 4 weeks behind schedule but their price was more competitive if we paid in cash . Four weeks later I had not heard from them so I called a couple of times before I got a date for installation. To be fair, I was out of town for 3 days and the weather was extremely hot and humid for the workman. The work was finished in one day. We are very happy with the result. It is 152' of chain link fence.

Description of Work: Installed privacy fence along back and side of backyard. THe work was done well. Each board was put up individually and was perfectly straight. The work was done neatly. My only criticism would be that the debris from shrubs and tree stumps that they cut were left in my yard when I thought they could have moved them to the tree lawn at least. Otherwise it was a great job. Very high quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them.
