Description of Work: I had a problem with on section of my roof. the would not complete installing that part until it was fix. Thank god they seen that. other services would have just patched it. I'm very please with them. They were prompt, professional and all staff members were very kind. Also they cleaned up all trash.

Description of Work: I called leafguard gutter systems to have new gutters put on our home. Many of my friends who have slate roofs have this system. I was told my the sales rep , he could not put this system on my home because it does not work on slate roofs. He tried to sell me another system that used screens.. After the sales rep left, I called the company . and was told the product works on some slate roofs and not others, depending on the slope of the roof (mine is very gentle) and the thickness of the slate, The office said the rep can look from the ground , with his naked eye amd see how thick the slates are. Why bother me with a product that doesn't work. At least give me a warning before you send someone out to sell me a different product

Leafguard is rated the best in our area for many reasons and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our system performs excellent on most applications. When our salesmen give a presentation, they inspect the home for any possible concerns. We will then advise homeowners if we feel there could be a questionable situation. Reasons such as strapping into old slates that may be brittle, break, or crack. Slates that are left too long by the roofer and we cannot trim back, or long roof valleys that concentrate a large amount of water in one area causing overshooting issues are some things we look for to provide the best leaf protection we can for each individual project. Some slate roofs will work fine, it just depends on the situation. We are not going to install gutters on a home we do not feel will be of complete benefit to our homeowners. We may therefore, if possible, present a different product that may benefit the homeowner better. Leafguard has installed thousands of homes in our area. Customer satisfaction, customer service, and dependability on making the right call for each individual home is why we continue to grow here. THEY DID A NEAT JOB BUT THEY DUMPED THE DEBRIS IN THE GUTTERS INTO NEWLY MULCHED AREAS AND I HAD TO CLEAN THE MULCH BEDS OUT. OTHERWISE THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I DO INTEND TO DO A FOLLOW UP REPORT IN THE SPRING.

THE GUTTERS APPEAR TO BE WORKING FINE. FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDPOINT, MY RECOMMENDATION TO OTHERS WOULD BE TO SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
