They did an excellent job! They completed the job in one day.

They were prompt. They even called when they couldn't come out due to weather. They were pleasant and even fixed a part of my roof for me. They always do a great job and I highly recommend them.

It went very well. The gentleman was professional and on time. He took time to explain everything. He was right on the money with the installation. He came back and checked the work. I had some questions and he came out again.

What a wonderful experience for the first time ever! I called on 6-3-08 to schedule a cleaning. The service person arrived on 6-5-08 (a never before occurrence) and cleaned the WHOLE SYSTEM. I am speechless!

We were so impressed by this company. Leaf Guard gutters had been installed on our house by a previous owner, and when the bracket needed repair, we psyched ourselves up for a battle we imagined we would have getting the warranty honored and the gutters fixed. But when we called the Leaf Guard company, the customer service rep was so helpful. He looked up our warranty on the computer (we didn't have a copy of anything, since it was installed by a previous owner), switched everything over to our name, and sent a repairman out within a week to make the repairs free of charge. If you're thinking of getting Leaf Guard gutters, you should know that if problems ever arise in the future, you can expect excellent customer service from them.

LeafGuard installed our gutters a few years ago. Their gutters are guaranteed never to need cleaning and never to clog. They work extremely well! Ours had a little debris built up in a section of gutter above a sun room roof. I contacted them through their website and explained the problem. The next morning, the service dept. called and said they'd send someone out within the week to clear the debris and to flush all the gutters! Within a week, they did just that! I am so glad we purchased LeafGuard!

Although, these gutters are not "clog-free". The company has improved immensely in servicing any problems since the install in Sept, 1999. They have honored their guarantee.They needed to return on October 10, 2007 to unclog another section of the gutters that was overflowing to the point it was causing problems with the foundation or our home. They unclogged it and readjusted a shield.

Great salesman- not pushy. Had to call for installation appointment after 2 weeks of not hearing from them. Install was quick and easy. There was a leak but they came out to fix within 2 weeks.

On the day prior to the installation, a crew came to the house (I was not home, nor was my presence required) and manufactured the necessary gutters on site. Next day, the crew of three arrived precisely on time and spent about 3 hours completing the task, the bulk of which was taken up with removing the old gutters. They were courteous, professional, and very efficient in their installation of new gutters and downspouts. When they had finished, I did a walk-around and discovered a small retaining strap from one of the old downspouts that had inadvertently been left in place. I pointed it out and, without any complaint or argument, they immediately took down the new downspout, removed the old piece of strap, and reinstalled the pipe. They left no trace of their presence when they departed. The new gutters are very attractive and solidly installed. We still haven't had any rain, so I can't as yet vouch for their efficiency.

The gutters were actually fabricated and left at the site the day before our install as explained and the crew was on time, did the job well and left the job site very clean.

The salesman Ed was very efficient and very professional. The workers also installed the gutters in the rain. Was very pleased. The workmen were very efficient.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE "JOHN STIETER" MET WITH US AND BECAUSE WE HAVE A NEWER HOME(>5YRS) HE RECOMMENDED WE HAVE THE TOPS INSTALLED INSTEAD OF GUTTER REPLACEMENT. WE APPRECIATED THAT BECAUSE WE WERE TIRED OF THE JUNK COLLECTING IN THE GUTTERS AND HE COULD HAVE SOLD US ALL THE FULL BLOWN SYSTEM. ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION WE HAD AN EMERGENCY AND COULDN'T BE HOME, THE INSTALLERS STILL PERFORMED THE WORK AND LEFT NO TRACES THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE OTHER THAN NEW TOPS ON THE GUTTERS. WE RECEIVED A FORM IN THE MAIL A FEW DAYS LATER INQUIRING ABOUT THE WORK PERFORMED. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND FINALLY NO MORE LEAVES, BRANCHES and DEBRIS TO CLEAN OUT OF OUR GUTTERS. WHAT WILL WE DO WITH OUR TIME???

I had these gutters installed due to maintenance free reports. Had repair service in 2000 with no problems. This year they need to be cleaned and caulked due to leakage. The company claims they do not have anyone in my area to do the work. After calls I have given up. These gutters also freeze in the winter which I was told would not happen.

This company has been inconsistent in the past but, today I was quite impressed with the timeliness, professionalism and thoroughness of the service call.

LeafGuard said they would come out and look at the gutter. They came when I wasn't here and fixed the gutter attachment. They told me they would be coming at a certain time and came much earlier than that time, so I was unable to talk to the service person. I was happy that it was fixed, but unhappy that I couldn't ask questions about the work done.

I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THESE GUTTERS CONTINUALLY REQUIRE YEARLY CLEANING. THE COMPANY NEVER COMES OUT TO CLEAN THEM WHEN PROMISE BUT WITH REPEATED CALLS THEY DO COME. I NEED TO STAY ON TOP OF THE SITUATION TO GET ANY SATISFACTION.

WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE LEAF GUARD GUTTER SYSTEM. THE MEN WHO INSTALLED THE SYSTEM WERE PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, NEAT, and DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

ONE OF MY MOST UNFAVORABLE CHORES HAS BEEN CLEANING OUT THE GUTTERS DURING THE SUMMER AND FALL. THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST GIFTS I HAVE EVER GIVEN MYSELF. THEY LOOK NICE ON THE HOUSE AND I NO LONGER HAVE TO CLIMB UP A LADDER AND CLEAN THE DISGUSTING MESS OUT OF THEM! ENGLERT LEAF GUARD WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCT.

JOHN DONELAN WAS OUR SALESMAN AND NICK PHELPS WAS IN CHARGE OF INSTALLATION. JOHN, NICK, AND THE INSTALLATION CREW WERE ALL POLITE AND COURTEOUS. EACH DOWNSPOUT HAS A CLEAN OUT PORT, THAT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE, BUT NO MORE THAN A FEW LEAVES HAVE EVER BEEN IN THERE AND OUR HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY LARGE TREES. THESE GUTTERS ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY GUARANTEE (20 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE FINISH, IF THEY EVER CLOG THEY WILL REPLACE THE GUTTER, FOR FREE, IF THEY CAN'T UNCLOG IT. IF THEY EVER SAG OR COME LOOSE THEY WILL RE-ATTACH FOR FREE) AND THE FEATURES (LARGER 3'' X 4'' DOWNSPOUTS, THICKER GAUGE ALUMINUM) CONVINCED US THAT THEY WERE WORTH THE PRICE. THESE GUTTERS LOOK GOOD AND THEY WORK GREAT!

THE COMPANY OVERALL, FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE INSTALLERS, WAS PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN WITH CONVENTIONAL GUTTERS, BUT THEY ARE WORKING GREAT AND LOOK GREAT AS WELL.

I CALLED ON A FRIDAY. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, A SALESMAN (JOHN DONELAN) CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THURSDAY OF THAT WEEK, THREE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS ARRIVED AROUND 9 A.M., DID THE INSTALLATION AND WERE DONE BY 3 P.M. THEY LEFT THE PREMISES IMMACULATE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

THEY ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONDING TO CUSTOMERS' COMPLAINTS OR CALLS. THE GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED IN 1999 AND THEY COME AT LEASE ONCE A YEAR TO CLEAN THEM. I DON'T REALLY LIKE TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY, BUT I AM TRAPPED UNLESS I REPLACE THE GUTTERS. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, THIS YEAR THEY DID RESPOND IN A MORE TIMELY FASHION ON MY SERVICE CALL. EVEN WITH THAT BEING SAID, THEY CAME AND DID NOT CLEAN THE PROPER AREA. MY CALL PROMPTED ANOTHER SERVICE CALL TO CLEAN THE GUTTER PROPERLY. THE EMPLOYEE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS MOST UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. LOTS OF COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE NEXT HEAVY RAINS SHOW THE GUTTERS TO HAVE BEEN SERVICED PROPERLY. WITH THIS COMPANY, WHO KNOWS?

TOOK CARE OF THE ONLY PROBLEM WE FOUND VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY

LEFT SHARPS IN DRIVEWAY, SCRAPED PAINT AND CHIPPED WOOD BACK PORCH, THREW WET LEAVES FROM OLD GUTTERS UNDER FRONT BUSHES, LEFT OLD HANGERS ON ROOF, BENT SHINGLES. WHEN CALLED WITH COMPLIANTS, DIDN'T COME AT APPT. TIME. DON'T USE!
