JIM IS ABOUT AS HONEST AS THEY COME. SHIRLEY WAS VERY KIND AND AT A TIME THAT I WAS FRAZZLED, DID WHAT SHE COULD TO HELP ME. WHAT PIECE OF MIND THEY GAVE ME! I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANNUAL SERVICING, AS WELL.
Description of Work: WE HAVE HOT WATER BASEBOARD HEAT AND THE SYSTEM''S SAFETY VALVE STARTED SPITTING WATER AT 1:30AM. AFTER MAKING CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY FIRST THING THAT MORNING, SHIRLEY UNDERSTOOD THE SEVERITY OF MY SITUATION (BROKEN HEATING SYSTEM, HUSBAND OUT OF TOWN, PRE-SCHOOLER IN THE HOUSE) AND SQUEEZED ME IN ON A DAY THAT WAS COMPLETELY BOOKED UP. IN FACT THE OWNER, JIM, CAME OUT HIMSELF. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, REPLACED A WATER PUMP, TESTED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM INCLUDING BLEEDING BOTH ZONES'' RADIATORS AND REPLACED THE BOILER DRAIN. HE SPENT THE NECESSARY TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS. MY HEATING SYSTEM WORKS LIKE A CHARM, AND I AM THANKFUL THAT I FOUND SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

THE GUY WAS HERE 20 MINUTES AFTER WE CALLED (AT 5:30AM) BECAUSE WE HAD NO HEAT IN OUR HOME. I WAS AMAZED HOW PROMPT HE WAS. IT ONLY TOOK HIM 5 MINUTES TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND HE FIXED EVERYTHING. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROMPT SERVICE. THE LADY OVER THE PHONE GAVE ME A TIME OF BETWEEN 1-3 PM. THE SERVICE REPAIR GUY ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 1PM. I''VE NEVER HAD SERVICE LIKE THAT. ANYWAY, (I THINK HIS NAME WAS DAN) THOROUGHLY CHECKED MY FURNACE, THE VENTS, AND THE A/C UNIT, WHICH IS ON TOP OF THE ROOF. IT TURNS OUT THAT ONE SMALL PART CAUSED THE UNIT NOT TO WORK PROPERLY. HE INSTALLED IT IN NO TIME AND THE HOUSE HAD COOLED DOWN PRIOR TO HIS LEAVING, WHICH WAS SHORTLY AFTER 2PM. HE WAS VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN TO WORK ON MY UNIT.
