+ 0 moreHad to evict a tenant because he let his pet urinate on the living room and dining room hardwood floors. Dan Tillet came highly recommended through a friend. His company did a wonderful job in a timely manner, enabling me to get another tenant into the apartment within the next month. Not only do the floors look absolutely beautiful, the smell is gone too! I highly recommend this company if you need floors refinished; I will call them when I do my own house in the future.
Description of Work: Refinished hard wood floors in living room and dining room at rental unit. Plugged a hole in the floor to match the existing maple floor, sanded, stained, sealed and added 2 coats of polyurethane to each room.
