Initially we received a reply from Bill. A site visit was scheduled and we met on the day and time as agreed. I walked the area with him and marked the trees to be removed and indicated the brush to be chipped. An estimate was agreed upon at that visit and an estimated date for the work to be performed. It was about 45-60 days before the July 4th holiday and he estimated that it would be after the July 4th time frame but would let us know when he had an exact date. We were very flexible but wanted to work completed before winter. Around the July 4th time frame, I contacted Bill and left a message inquiring when we might see the work completed. In the meantime, after passing his contact info, my neighbor also contacted him and received a quote for removing tree(s) that could be done during the same visit. Still with no response, I called again and left a message. Bill has failed to call after repeated attempts to contact him. We understand busy, over committed, high priority, etc. but with no response, I can only assume our business and that of our neighbors wasn't needed. I can't use a company that I can't depend on or receive a response from.

We have property that backs up to the river that was covered with trees, brush, grapevines, poison ivy, and huge rocks all on a good size hill. It was so dense that you could not see the river. We have always dreamed of clearing the area and putting up a building so we could enjoy the river. After the summer before, when we had gotten several quotes from different companies for the clearing work, and having one person commit to the job but never followed through, we asked a friend who had a crew working on their yard. That friend referred us to Bill Pollard and his business, Outdoor Services Co. He gave us a fair quote, brought in the big equipment to take everything out also brought in someone else to smooth it out for us. At first we said we would deal with the ground up left overs, but when we realized how much that would be, we asked that they remove it. This meant more work for them but they went ahead and did it. They took three days to clear and clean up and did a fantastic job!! We were so pleased with what they did! It really was a lot more work than we expected. They cleared everything for a beautiful view of the river that we did not realize we had! There were a lot of big rocks on the hill and they moved them all down to the waters edge. It really was a huge job and we are so pleased with the service they provided. We would strongly recommend them to anyone. We now have our screened in porch building and we feel that what we paid for the clearing and building we have added so much more to our property value. We are now looking forward to the summer in our backyard thanks to Bill Pollard and Outdoor Service Co.

It went very well and they will return in April to reseed any areas that didn't take at no further cost.
