Description of Work: Don the Plumber fixed the exit valve on my sump pump. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreHe was responsive. He came out fairly quickly. It was next day service, which I liked. It took him about an hour and did a decent job. A month later, after there was still an issue, he came back out to rectify it and cleaned up th finale backup to the street.

+ -1 moreI think Mr. Gregory was very nice and very helpful. He was willing to do job quickly and then he let me slide out when my warranty came though.
Description of Work: I called Don Gregory, (Don, the Plumber) at the recommendation of Mark Butcher, a handyman on Angie's List. My hot water tank was leaking. I was able to reach Mr. Gregory right away even though it was a Saturday. He sent one of his employees to my house who looked at the tank and problem. We made an appointment for him to replace the tank on the following Monday. There was no trip or any other charge. After he left, I looked carefully and saw there was a possibility it was still under warranty from Sears. I called & spoke to Don Gregory. He told me I'll save a few hundred dollars by getting Sears to replace it and that I should try to do that. He said to call him back if it didn't work out. He did not want any money for his employee's visit. I called Sears and they will replace tank. $229.99 for installation and haul-away.
