The above job went well. I called him for windows for my basement. He told me that he would stop by the first of the week. That didn't happen. I called him four times only to get his voice mail. No return call until I I got a bit more firm with my voicemail message. He called me and said that he didn't wand my business and told me to look for someone else. Over the last year or so I have spent over $30,000 with him.

..This company is very reasonable and professional. Since he also has sub-contractors it is very convenient considering any work you need done he will provide them. He is excellent.

I met Shane at the Richland County Home and Garden Show in March of 2011 and was impressed by his enthusiasm and his portfolio. We arranged for him to drive the 60 miles to the job site for an estimate. Within one week he had been to the house and provided a very detailed estimate. I called several of his references, whom I knew, and was pleased by their reports on Shane's quality of work and the professionalism of his crew. We signed the contract and work began in late May. Shane was on the job himself every day of the three weeks the job took (it's a big house). His crew was very professional (we didn't have to worry about the grandchildren picking up new vocabulary) and cleaned up after themselves every day. They did smoke, but policed their butts and made sure smoke did not get into the house. These are very skilled and hard working tradesmen who knew what they were doing. The job was finished within the time period promised, everything was clean and we paid exactly the estimated price plus changes we added during the job. The siding is beautiful and gets many compliments. The family is very happy. I contracted with Walker Home Improvement in December of 2012 to reroof and reside the garage at my home in Ashland, Ohio. Another fantastic job.

They were very effective and timely. They arrived on time and completed the overall project on time. The existing deck was replaced with a enlarged composite deck. They spent the proper time on the job and built a strong deck. They replaced all existing windows vinyl replacement winodws and did a very professional job.
