+ -1 moreI have been with them for 5 years now. They merged or were acquired by another company about a year ago and I do not think the service has been good since. I am considering dropping them. If I need them to come out for anything they will do. The price has stayed the same. Last time I am not even sure they performed the service. Normally they will put a sign in the yard and there was no signage in the yard. Normally they put an invoice in my mailbox, and this last time they did not leave it in. I did not see any evidence that anyone had been here but they still charged me.
Description of Work: I use Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control for a quarterly program. They sprayed the perimeter of the house. If I am home they will come inside if I am having an issue.

+ -1 moreIt went very well because they called in advance. They always do that to see if we are having any issues and to tell us the approx time the technician would be there. We have not had any issues since they have been our exterminators in my opinion.
