Description of Work: They did a thorough, professional job on my carpets. My only disappointment with them is that they were not able to get rid of deep pet odors caused by my cats, over time, tracking urine from around their kitty litter up carpeted stairs. I thought Taylor Steamer should have told me that all of the cleaning in the world was probably not going to get rid of that odor there. (I ended up having to take up the carpet, at least on the steps, not on the rest of the areas that they washed.)

Description of Work: I highly recommend Taylor steamer. Matt's employees Jeff and Tyler called me to let me know when they were on their way to my home, they went above and beyond cleaning my carpets and were extremely professional.They are definitely a company of their word, they came back without any problems within a reasonable amount of time to go over some stains that popped up after the carpet had dried.I would highly recommend Matt and his team at Taylor steamer to do your carpets and any other jobs that you need done.

+ -1 moreThe carpets look wonderful and the guys were very friendly. The cleaning was done in a timely manner. I recommended them to my mom, and she had hers done this week. She was very happy with their work and with their friendliness.
