Description of Work: I have used them twice for backed up kitchen sink drain. The first time they came they were here no longer than 15 minutes, charged me $95.00 and had to come back the next day because the drain was backed up again. They give a 30 day guarantee so there was no charge, just the frustration of having to be home again.When they did come back they did a through job. When I needed them again they did a great job but were an hour late.

+ -1 moreTHis company and its employee's are incredibly helpful with knowledge beyond plumbing repairs! John W., an employee, has been incredible in his willingness to help during this time of family distress. He reccommended several other people to do other necessary jobs in our Mother's home, which was very helpful! John was explicit in what was wrong and what to expect via repairs and warranties. The receptionist, Dorothy, was/is very curtious and helpful. All the jobs have been done to perfection. LOVE YOU GUYS!
Description of Work: Multiple repairs to plumbing, installed new toilets, emptied septic tank, snaked lines related to septic in basement, courtesy checked furnace, replaced furnace, fixed leaks all over the house and are still on call doing repairs!

+ -1 moreHe came out and charged me a minimum fee, which was reasonable. He is straightforward and honest. Also he is easy to work with.
Description of Work: He did some plumbing work for me at my rental property. He patched some leaking pipes for me.
