No problems. I was inconvenienced very little. Paint job was as perfect as perfect can be. I am completely pleased. Mr. Sayers asks questions as he progresses, so as to make sure the finished project will be satisfactory. He was helpful in putting items back in the cabinets, because I couldn't reach many of them. When I was puzzled, he made suggestions. He never forced his ways upon me and gave me opportunities to interject my opinions and desires, to ask questions. I found no cause to question his work.

Everything had to be removed from the room, some items first taken apart and then reassembled in the room when the work was completed. Since the areas he was working in were small, he had to utilize good planning and organization. The entire contents of the bookcase units were removed and then put back in a more organized, workable way. The office-size desk had to be taken apart, drawers removed. A way had to be found to move out and back in the office-size copier/printer. After the work was complete, furniture was rearranged for improved work flow, which required much thought. Kent is very good at coming up with new ideas. I am thrilled.with the refinished office, especially because it is small and a pleasure to work in because it is now attractive and efficient. Kent always consults with me before proceeding on any project?and during his work?which I appreciate and always want from whoever is working for me. Kent also is skilled at just about any kind of residential project one could need. He has done many other smaller jobs for me, always to my satisfaction. He is always on time but notifies me if he has to do something else before arriving or at the end of the day. Note: He does residential work only.
