NO they did not fix my issue and would not return my phone calls

Woke up today (Sunday morning) and no water. Well pump had tripped the circuit breaker, I tried to reset breaker a couple of times - no go. I was able to determine there was an electrical short of some type outside of the house. I tried a couple of other outfits for a service call, no luck. Fortunately we found Jamison on Angies list, called the 800 #, got an answer, nice lady said they do service calls on Sunday and would have someone call me back. Bill called about 15 minutes later, said he would be out in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Bill and another person showed up in under 2 hours, determined the pump was bad, had it replaced it about an hour. Nothing but nice things to say about the company and the people. Excellent service.

They were very prompt with sending us a quote for the job. The job took 2 days of drilling because of the depth. There were some communication issues after the well was installed, but those were cleared up with a direct phone call versus messages. We had a couple of issues/repairs after the installation; however, they were very prompt to address them, and the follow-up was good as well.

Jamison had supplied iron treatment in house which we recently bought. We use well water which appeared to be very hard. We called Jamison, they responded within a day or two and tested the water and made recommendations for treatment. We wound up with the higher end of their recommendations for water softener and also purchased a top of the line reverse osmosis machine. Service was courteous, professional, prompt and we are very happy with results.
