Hunt replaced our existing deck with a larger one, composite and vinyl railings. Our job was delayed but Hunt kept us updated about when they expected to start and finish. When demoing the old deck, they repaired some water damage to the house that wasn't included in the contract for a reasonable price. Very good communication throughout, listened to our concerns, cleaned up afterward. Overall I'm very pleased with our new deck, thanks Hunt!

Siding guys were rude and showed up when they wanted, did not clean up after they were done. The first set of windows didn't even fit correctly, could not open them. When we called Hunt they said they would have to send a representative from Vista out, that took over 3 months. Vista supposedly ordered new windows and finally they came out 2 months later to replace the windows that did not fit and they are double pane not triple pane, once again Hunt said they would get a hold of Vista and so far we have not heard anything back. We call Hunt weekly and now they are just rude when we ask them about the windows. Heating bill doubled due to bad windows even with plastic on them. My daughters old wooden windows kept the cold out better. It has been 7 months now and we still do not have the right windows and we get no help from Hunt.

I contacted this company because they are who installed the windows in my house. A few of the windows had bad seals and were under warranty so that is why i decided to deal with this company. My first contact was last fall, well over 6 months now and I still dont have the panes replaced. They have been terrible at getting back to me and following up. Actually I wouldnt say they have been terrible at it. There really has been no follow up or getting back to me unless I call them directly. The only way anything gets done is when I call and nag about it. Based on my dealings with them, there is not a chance in the world i would utilize them for any other services. Once I finally had the work done. The gentleman who came to my house actually did a decent job and was polite. Granted there wasn't much work involved and it wasn't a complicated job. I give him an A

Original estimate was given in May 2014, at that time they were working about 30 days out. We anticipated them to start on our roof by the middle of June. As it was we had a very wet summer and their schedule kept getting further and further out. They started on our roof at the end of August. We were estimated at 2 layers of existing shingles, but we actually had 3. Yuck. So it took longer to get everything off. Of course roofers are a the mercy of the weather and a day or 2 after they started it rained, then there was Labor day- which they worked on for about 6 hours just to catch up because of the rain. It was a slow process because the weather would not cooperate. But it the end product is beautiful! Not only did we get a new roof, it will also help with water drainage as before with 3 layers the rain wasn't even going in the gutters, more over them because the drip edge was covering 3/4 of the gutter! The final cost was about 900 more than the estimate. They had to replace a lot of wood because the original layer wasn't built with a drip edge so all that wood had to be replaced around the perimeter of the roof. We had to replace the range hood vent as it was rusted through. The chimney had all new flashing and the wood around the chimney needed replaced and of course the extra labor for the 3rd layer of shingles. I am extremely happy with the result and this roof will last a lifetime!

This contractor's price was very competitive. The owner was quick to address any concerns I had. It has been several years since the vinyl siding was done and everything has held up well. I did have an issue with an interior door that was hung but my concerns were quickly addressed.

Over promised and under delivered. Customer service is the worst. Workmanship is sub par and they will not fix their mistakes . Stay clear of this outfit. Owners wife told me that all gutters leak and all drywall cracks. It has been a year and a half and work is still not fixed and done right.

They did excellent work. The price was very competitive. They were friendly.

Bought medium priced windows, not there less expensive one. Immediately after installation we had a water leak below window, which we never had a problem before. Called Hunts and they sent a man out who said it wasn't his installation problem, but caulked some more. He said he needed to send a representative from window maker. H e came out said it wasn't the window but probably installation. He caulked also. Called Hunts Home home repairs, they said they weren't responsible and wouldn't pay for plaster repair. Left several messages which no one would call back. We have had to put plastic up to the new windows to keep the cold out, ever since I bought the windows. .

The estimate and contract were in writing and both were clear and correct. Hunts did what they said they would do and were here on time. Re-roofing is a messy job but they cleaned the job site and did not damage any landscaping. The roof looks great and three months later has not leaked! It was not affected by recent high winds. I would recommend this roofing contractor to friends and family.

The windows are no better than the ones the house had originally in the 70s. They break easily and we bought upper grade windows with them. The awnings continue to blow off. The work from them was just not good. Several parts of our roof have already blown off. Everything they did has been repaired, within months we were asking them to come back and fix things. There were three different teams of workers and they just did not do quality work for the price we paid.
