+ -1 more-Loan closed Dec 2012 construction did not start until May 2013 -Repeatedly lied about start date an eventually did not answer phone calls -Construction started May 20, 2013 finished August 9, 2013. Very long for modular home -Did not remove construction equipment until last week of September 2013. -Company owners were: rude, dishonest, lazy, and unprofessional. DO NOT USE HIGH TOUCH HOMES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Description of Work: - Install septic system - Improve driveway -Construct concrete crawlspace/foundation -Place Modular home on foundation

+ -1 moreHigh Touch was given a large sum down for a manufactured home to put up with a full basement . They where choose because of what they advertise and i was told . NO SUB CONTRACTORS THEY DO IT ALL . THIS WAS NOT TRUE THEY USED ALL SUB CONTRACTORS . this contract was signed in october of 2012 with a comitment of being completed no later than June 15th of 2013 . well that turned in to a bunch of fales promises and lies and today in november of 2013 we are still not 100 per cent complete and now they will not respond at alll . THEY DID NOT START ON THE JOB UNTIL jULY 9TH 2013 AND WE COULD NOT MOVE IN UNTIL LAT oCTOBER OF 2013 . BEWARE OF ANY COMMITMENTS MADE BY THEM .
Description of Work: This providor has mis represented themselves totaly . They adviertise they do all the work no sub contractors . Not true that is all they used on my Job . They also missed every comitment date they promised to be finished . .They even started the Job one month after it was promised to be finished . They do not know how to keep a commitment nor tell the truth .
