+ 0 moreCalled ahead to inform of arrival time, giving me plenty of time to be home for his arrival. Extremely professional, wore shoe protectors to keep carpet clean. Had supplies needed to complete the installation, longer optical cable, HDMI cables etc. Added the VCR wiring after his arrival and he did that as well. Had his own vacuum cleaner to clean up after adding wall mounted pass through boxes for hidden wiring. Gave complete training on new remotes and explained features of the TV, even reviewing internet speed and effects on downloading to TV. Made suggestions how to upgrade for fullest potential.
Description of Work: Installed Wall mount and 55" TV and completely wired to existing DVD, VCR and surge protector.
