IT IS VERY AUTOMATIC IN SERVICE YET, ANYTIME WE HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED ADVICE ON A SPECIFIC SITUATION, THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL BY PHONE. THE LAWN LOOKS GREAT!
