Description of Work: My dryer quit working. They came a couple days later and replaced the thermal fuse and safety thermostat. Not even a month later we called them back for the same problem. When I asked if the parts could have been defective, the repairman said it was a possibility and charged me for the service call only--$40.

+ -1 moreI am highly satisfied with the customer service I received. Two repair people arrived the day after I called for an appointment. They accommodated my work schedule, and my appliance was repaired in less than a half an hour. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this provider for future appliance repairs.
Description of Work: The provider repaired an unusually loud stack washer and dryer. Fortunately, the appliance only required basic maintenance including tightening dryer bolts and oiling a washer pulley.
