The owner visited us to quote and plan everything. No pressure and very personable yet professional. The men who came to do the installation were also very friendly and professional. They did a great job, had the work done when expected and checked in frequently to see that the equipment was operating properly. They even have an annual maintenance check that is nice to have!
Description of Work: Installed a complete Geothermal heating & cooling system. Drilling of the wells was provided by another company, but the equipment and all installation installation was performed by Eberts.

They have done a good job for us over the years and we would highly recommend them. We have a service contract for our air conditioning and our hot water. They come each spring and fall and check it. It's not that expensive a plan and we know that everything is fine. Right now we have a problem with our air conditioning and we get a discount since we have a discount. They were able to come out quickly to take care of it.

Company never did the work they said they did. Haven't issued me a refund yet. Customer service was very bad and technician claims he did work that he did not.

Member called us to schedule a check of his system. Member mentioned that during cooling season sometimes the thermostat would click and his air conditioner would not come on. When the thermostat clicks that is an indication that the thermostat is calling for your heating or cooling equipment to come on. We explained that it was too cold in October to check the air conditioner. Member then wanted to schedule a furnace check. Since we were performing a heating check, we would not know whether there was a problem with the air conditioner not coming on when there was a call for cooling from the thermostat. We do know that the furnace comes on when the thermostat calls for heat because when we asked the member to turn up the thermostat to make the thermostat call for heat, the furnace came on. Customer assumed we would vacuum out his furnace when we performed the winter check. We do not vacuum out the furnace as part of the winter check. The owner of the company reviews all service invoices to make sure the service is performed as he would expect it to be done. The winter service we performed for this member was done exactly as he expected it to be done, with the technician having checked everything we normally check on a gas furnace. Since we did perform the heating check on the furnace we see no reason to refund the member's payment for the winter check.

My furnace decided to die in the midst of the coolest winter im memory. I called Ebert's to have a look. Not only did i get on the schedule for a tech to come, but since it was a heating emergency for me They got one to me the very same morning i called. The tech looked it over and explained what had happened and made some suggestions about how to handle the problem. Mr. Eberts came and inspected the furnace and priced a couple of options. After i made some other calls and did due diligence and choose Eberts do install the new furnace. They arrived on schedule and had the new machine completely installed and running within hours. The men stayed long enough after to be sure everything was correct and wouldnt be causing me anymore trouble for years to come, I was happy they gave me ALL the facts about Everything related to the furnace install operation and the add on humidifier i decided to add.. Not everything has to do with the hardware a LOT has to do with the people. Great Team they have there. Glad i went with them.

The service tech arrived on time, checked everything out, answered all of my questons.I have used them for 10 yearsand have been very happy.

Great!
Description of Work: Installed a new boiler in a Victorian Rental. Only Contractor who took the time to properly examine the job, including the fact that the current boiler was too small. Very imnpressed.
