+ -1 moreDave has done work for me for 5-6 years now from landscaping and a fence to roofing, painting and other repairs. He is fair in pricing, cleans up afterward and is very helpful and polite.
Description of Work: A new roof was installed, 2014. GAF shingles. 2013, I had a water leak because of outside faucet. Dave replaced pipe, took care of ceiling, walls and revived all furniture, etc. He put tile down for the floor and painted the walls.
