I received the most beautiful huge 6’ privacy fence!! It’s to perfection and they even built me a new deck!! I absolutely love it!! They went through every measure to secure my special needs child and my tiny 4 lb dog! They put solar tips around the top just to top it all off!! 😊😎

Nothing that Jayson; the owner said actually happened. We signed a contract indicating that he was 7 weeks out. When he showed up after 22 weeks he wanted to remove my current chain link fence and install a temporary fence. At this point I had so little trust in him, I figured I would be stuck with this temporary fence, so I asked for my money back (down payment for materials), which he agreed to, but like everything else with him it did not happen.

Owner's name is Jason. After contracting ( required half down) took several months to show up and remove existing fence portion. Left strewn about the yard. After trees were removed and he was notified did not return to reinstall fence. Doesn't return messages, texts, emails or return phone calls. After finding business address and going to the house listed ( was actually his uncle who started business and sold to current owner) was able to speak to owner face to face. He told us he would be there to finish job in a couple of days. Did show up and put in 2 posts. has never returned or responded to any attempt at communication. the work he did was definitely not worth the 600$ paid. We finally hired someone else to complete job. We definitely got ripped off by this company

They would say they were coming and that someone HAD to be home. We would wait all day and after 5pm we would get a call saying they weren't coming and rescheduled. Then they hung the fence 12" off the ground and upside down. We had existing fencing and they didn't even hang it to match the existing fence and it looked dumb. Not to mention they knew the fence was to keep a dog in and they still hung it 12" off the ground. Dog got out.

They installed chain link fence. We told the guys it was to fence in our yard. They hung it loose and an inch or so off the ground. My dog was able to escape under the fence- damaging the fence in the process. When I complained about how it was hung I received a response that my fence was hung to standard But that they "probably should have asked me if I wanted it ground level." Well they also hung my inlaws fence. My in laws fence was ground level and hung correctly. So I'm not sure how mine is standard and theirs was hung correctly are the same thing. They came back out and lowered it but be warned: if you buy fencing from them you have to tell them specifically how you want it hung. Otherwise they just hang it however. Also they hung mine with the twists up -- aesthetically speaking it looked terrible. I had some existing fence already and it made the new fence appear upside down. I do not recommend this company.

I would not use or recommend this company. Bill is rude and can not even keep his appointments straight. I guess they think they are the only fence company in Mansfield Ohio.
