 + -1 moreWe had 5 rooms and including stairs that needed cleaned. The company was prompt and very polite. The moved my couches and even clean the carpet behind them. Very knowledgeable about getting stains out and how to help protect my carpet. Great prices. Will hire them again in the fall.

 + -1 moremy carpets have had 17 years of wear on them with no cleaning at all. I decided to get them all done. Stains all over and some I thought were permanent and no way would ever come out. Matt came out and cleaned them and now it looks like we had new carpet installed. I would absolutely recommend them for any carpet that you need cleaned. Very professional, as well as very friendly!

The company rep was personable and worked steadily until the job was finished. Taking the age of the love seat into account, the results of the cleaning was A+.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned 3 bedrooms with very thick shag carpet. Deodorized all three rooms. They were very prompt and business like. The person was very pleasant and explained everything he did. Provided a receipt with all services performed and contact information if any problems should arise. I would definitely recommend their services.

Description of Work: I called them to ask if they did concrete floors as well as carpets. The man explained that they only work on carpets. A couple of days later, I made a follow-up call. I began to say that eventually I was going to need the concrete floor cleaned or treated and to ask them what store product they might recommend me to get. Meanwhile, I was wanting them to give me an estimate on the carpet cleaning. Before I could get to that, however, the man lost his temper and angrily told me, again, that they do not work on concrete floors. He then hung up. They were not friendly and I would never work with that kind of company.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets. I hired them to clean the bathroom carpet and the living room furniture. Not only did he do a fabulous job on the areas I requested, when he found out I was going to have an open house to sell our home, he cleaned the traffic areas on his way out! He was VERY professional, respectful, and went above and beyond the call of duty. This was our first time using this company (after 30 years with another company who had doubled their prices). I was so pleased, I called all my friends and recommended Buckeye Steamer. I will never again go back to our old company.
