His prices are way out of line, charged $ 495 to clean gutters that took less than an hour. He "doesn't like" gutter guards so he took them off and left them for the homeowner to dispose of. Condensing arrogant butt hole.

Great job. Would highly recommend.

I used this company for a few years. The price went up every time, and much more than inflation. The last year I turned him down based on the continuing price increases, the last of which I felt was outrageous! Plus, his attitude stunk. He acted like he was doing me a favor to do the work. Not very bright for someone who hopes to cultivate repeat business. He prominently displays a fish on his advertisements. Please!

Ben did an excellent professional job. Prompt and very quick service.

I spoke to one of my neighbors who thought the price was outrageous and gave me the name of a gentleman who did the whole job for $150.00. The amount of leave he got was less than a 30 gallon trash bag. I did not like Ben's attitude.

He was timely, professional and thorough. He was concerned that I was happy with his service. There was a latch on my screen door that wasn't closing properly and he fixed that which my normal handyman couldn't do and was outside of his service.

The same day I made the appointment for the estimate, I realized I couldn't make the appointment and called to cancel. I called over 18 hours a head of time.I was told by the provider that he changed his schedule around with his customers just so he could meet with me. I apologized again and told him that was why I called back as soon as I could to cancel. I believe 18 hours is plenty of time cancel. He was rude and I am glad I didn't use his services.

I will be having Ben Morgenstern make repairs as soon as the weather permits.

He did an excellent job. He was very kind and not the typical repairman. He was very polite.
