Ace Electrical Services

The cost of service is kind of difficult because lot of stuff is pretty expensive that we did I would rather not say. There was just one little problem but I would have them again. They are punctual as they came when they say would. We had to go on waiting list for sometime because they are pretty busy, but if it been emergency type thing they would have been here. There is nothing I dislike about them.

This company is excellent! They are professional, service oriented and knowledgeable. I called on a Thursday afternoon, left a message and received a return call from Terry within 40 minutes!! I live in Columbus (this generator unit was for my parents who live in Mansfield, Ohio area) and I was planning to be at my parents' home that Monday and was hoping to meet up with Terry that day for an estimate. So I gave very little notice, but he was kind enough to work it in his schedule. He met with us, thoroughly explained everything and answered all our many questions. He was prompt both on the estimate day and the day of installation. A bush had to be removed prior to placing the back-up generator, and his crew took care of that, and the removal of sod beneath the generator and hauled it to the back of the yard for us. He and his crew were careful to remove their boots in our home, etc. Everything (in the yard and in the basement) was left clean and neat. He and his crew are courteous and professional. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the Mansfield/Shelby area.

Terry returned my call that day to see what issues I was having. He tried troubleshooting the problem with me over the phone to save me a service call even. He left it up to me whether I wanted him to look at it after hours or on the weekend as this was Fri. He finally decided to come that night and was there shortly after that. He checked the power on all my breakers with his meter reader which was good. Then he looked where the power lines connect to the house. Next he checked some of the outlets that had suddenly stopped working with his meter. We went back to the breaker box and he looked at the smaller breaker box next to my larger one. I had assumed it was for my A/C and hadn't looked at it. Terry did, and there was a breaker thrown. He reset it , checked some of the previously dead outlets and they were working fine! Turns out that breaker box has a GFS or (something like that) which is for the A/C as well as the rest of the house. He pointed out some issues with my breaker box that weren't up to code and told me that while it was safe, it should be something I consider fixing in the future. No high pressure, very professional and easy to work with. I had used him earlier in the spring to work on my pool pump's electrical issues after he was recommended to me, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or give him a recommendation

Thie experiecne we had with Ace was fantastic. We highly recommend them!

Replaced all overhead can lights in house, check and replaced all outlets in house, installed a new hanging light over kitchen table, installed new overhead light over garage door, installed dimmer switches as requested and removed old electrical panels in attic.

I would have used Ace for the electrical problem however I called the original installer who actually came right out and corrected the problem.

Everything went well. Ace is a good company to do business with. Originally, the work I wanted completed was not pressing/urgent. So I gave Terry (owner) the flexibility to start my work when he had some of his other major jobs finished. Once they started, they worked diligently!

They were responsive, but too expensive for the service.

Everything "flowed" well...including the electricity! :-) The work they completed pleased me as it did before. I wish they could add credit / debit card acceptance, since that's how we handle 95% ± of our transactions. He is clean, neat and easy to work with; he is a nice guy all around. I think my basement was cleaner after he left than it was before he arrived. I will use him again in the future.

Terry came out to give us an estimate and he emailed me the estimate withnin 3 days. His work and the work of Brian and Steve was wonderful. They are a great team. Everything was done well and on time. They are a very effecient crew. The quality of the work is amazing.. They cleaned up after themselves and if they saw a problem that was not detected earlier then it was corrected. Even when the service was updated on the outside of our home, they asked for pieces of siding so they could replace them since the service box was a different size.A highly professional group that I will definately use again and receommend to everyone that has electrical needs.

Great communications to setup the appointment. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Terry and his assistant sized up the situation very quickly and were busy resolving it just a few minutes after they arrived. This was in a house that had some previous electrical work done that really increased the complexity of the situation. They fixed the first issue in no time at all and started working on the second one. (I only thought that there was one issue, but it turned out that there indeed were two separate issues.) Both were resolved and the entire job was done very quickly. Terry and his assistant were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am very happy to now exactly who o call when I need any electrical work done. Terry is a "Top-Notch" Professional.

I was very impressed with Ace Electrical. They were very professional. I will use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. They showed up when they said they would. They worked efficiently and were very polite. They were very thoughtful regarding my home, making sure they did not track dirt onto my carpet and sweeping up after they had finished working.
