They did an unbelievable job. They had to work very hard, was very impressed what they accomplished in 3 hours. Both girls were very professional!

Absolutely amazing people to deal with. Hired them for cleaning my mom’s ceilings and walls and it turned out to be a deep cleaning, which was REALLY needed! No additional charges. The ladies were fast, thorough, professional and friendly and so was the owner. I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful experience!

I had VesCo come out and clean our whole house before we moved in and they did a great job, and we now have them scheduled to come for regular cleanings every 3 weeks. I like that they are flexible with scheduling and Jeremy has been very easy to work with, and the cleaners are super nice and have done a great job.

We were very impressed with VesCo's performance during a one-time deep clean. I reached out to them about a week before going into labor with our first child, as I wasn't able to clean the house as well as I would have liked to. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, and have been responsive to any questions since. We have had recurring monthly services for three months now, and we have been very pleased with our home. They are quite thorough, and always follow any instructions that we leave.

They were not professional. They estimated 3.5-4.5 hours to finish the work. After we came back in about 4 hours, we found there were many places without cleaning. They didn’t pay attention to details. Don’t waste your money if you really want a deep cleaning.

I went by the reviews here on Angie's List, as well as the Vesco website. I went into my decision feeling as though I found a top-notch cleaning service who would take care of everything and give me peace of mind. I was incorrect. The two people who showed up were very nice. I have no complaint about them personally. But the quality of work and the time it took them to do the job were questionable. My wife and I went back through the house to clean everything they missed, which we do not feel we should have had to do. I took the time to reply to their company via email and let them know I was not happy. I believe I've corresponded with the owner(not sure), and he offered to re-clean anything we felt was not satisfactory. I appreciate that....but we handled it ourselves, after shelling out over $500 to have someone do it for us. And all this took place while we're trying to straighten and stage our house for sale. That's why I did a search for a professional cleaning company. Overall very disappointed. If the entire crew works like this, I would say their marketing department is way better than their operations department.

The cleaning service was awesome to deal with from first email to arrival of the cleaning team. The work they did was fabulous. We were pleased at the level of cleaning done, the attention paid to detail and the initiative shown. If it were within our budget, we would hire for regular service.

Hired them for a one-time clean and they did not follow the requested list of instructions and did not get very far in the cleaning. Was not happy with the service at all -- hired another company to do the cleaning a couple weeks later and they did the whole list in less time and for a lower price. Contacted the company to resolve the issue after rejecting the charge on my credit card. They told me they would call me back to resolve but they never did. Definitely would not recommend them -- there are much better options for service and for lower prices. Chris

We pay them on a monthly basis. They are very competent, they have the people, and we have had no problems with them. They do a nice job and if they are delayed, they call ahead of time to tell, that they would be delayed. They try to take care of anything that needs to be done.is to

Please see the paragraph above al details. Thank you. They come every month. Clean main floor, 2 bedroom 2 full and 1 1/2 bath large kitchen, living room, and mud room and the finished basement. Jeremy is always responsive if we have any questions and he makes sure everything is covered. Our home is always very clean. The stone flooring in our kitchen and mud room are very difficult to clean and they always try their best. I usually use a Swiffer on it the day before because we have a Raggdoll cat. If I ask for anything special, it is taken care of. For the size of our home I believe $150 is a reasonable price when the right crew comes which is always now that we've discussed.
