+ 0 moreI got them off Angie's list. I rate them high. They are very honest. They come when they say they are going to come. They work very well. Their charges depend on the size of the house. My house has two floors and they charge me $150 each time they come. I think their prices are fair because they do top notch work. I have signed them up until they do not want to do the work anymore.
Description of Work: I used Vesco Residential Cleaning for house cleaning and they do office cleaning too. They come once in every two weeks. I have a scheduled contract with them.

+ -1 moreWe’ve been very happily using VesCo for the last 18 months. Initial clean was $235, now monthly at $150. They perform a once a month cleaning service and do an excellent job of keeping our kitchen, basement, living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms clean and tidy. We have been very impressed with the courteous and professional manner in which they carry out the work. We have found all the staff members to be polite and a pleasure to deal with at all times. For our cleaning we usually get three staff members and occasionally four. The owner (Jeremy Vesper) has always been responsive to any criticisms that we may have had and been fast to correct any errors – even to the point of offering a second cleaning service out of schedule and free of charge for one situation. They have predictable scheduling that rarely if ever changes and have even driven out here in some of the worst of the winter weather. They offer a one-time discount for each referral.

They described what would be included and we added an additional service (interior cleaning of the appliances). The house was very clean after they finished and we are now using them for bi-weekly cleaning.

+ -1 moreI've been a client of Vesco for almost 2-yrs. Jeremy and Chrissie (owners) work extremely hard and now have 2 more crews of employees. I have a 3BR, 2.5 BA home with a fully finished basement (only have basement cleaned when needed) They do a great job cleaning and I have no complaints other than their timeliness. Sometimes they can be late due to a previous job running over but I do trust them in my home when I am not there and can leave a garage code or key for them with no issues. Anything you ask they will do (within reason - I say that bc I've never asked them to do anything out of scope. They are extremely open to feedback if something is not performed to your satisfaction and I've only had that happen once. They sent someone back out to re-clean that area at no addt'l charge although I said that wasn't necessary.

+ -1 moreJeremy and Christie Vesper and their team of cleaners provide superior cleaning. I have used them whenever I can afford a cleanig service sine 2009. I have very high standards and the quality of their work far exceeds my expectaions. Customer satisfaction is their top concern and they invite lots of opportunity for feedback. Everything is done with great care and attention to detail. They are not ony professional and skilled, but also very caring and personable. For example, when I was recovering from a major surgery they were incredibley helpful and kind. Due to not being able to work, I had to stop their services, and they gave me a free cleaning. I wanted to write this review because I am so happy with all they do. I would highly recommend this fine company to anyone.

+ -1 moreNOT GOOD...I WOULD NOT HAVE THEM BACK, THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB, THE SECOND TIME, AND THEY OVER PRICED. THE OWNER, JEREMY WAS NOT GOOD TO DEAL WITH EITHER.
Description of Work: I had this company to my home to clean. I found them on Angie's list, and was very hopefull that they would be my weekly housekeepers. The first time they came to clean, it was $237.00. That was very high I thought, but the house was sparkling clean. So, I called Jeremy and ask him for a date to set up a every other weekly cleaning. He never did not call me back to set up a date. We did get a date set up for the second cleaning, because I called him, however the girls that came to my home were just wonderful. They were very nice ladies. However, the second cleaning was not good at all. The toilet was not cleaned in the master bathroom, the throw rugs were not vacumed, nor were they vacumed under. The hardwood floor was not cleaned in the front door area. The laundry room was NOT CLEANED AT ALL. I was sooooooooooooooooo very upset and disappointed. I called Jeremy, and he got upset with me for asking him to come and make it right. He did agree, but the closer it got to them coming back, I just called him and told him not to come. The thing to me is, they did a great job for the first visit, and for a ton of money, but on the second time...and $125.00 which was more than enough I thought, they did a really BAD JOB. Now, knowing they were going to be coming back as my regular housekeeper, don't you think they should have done a better job? I sure do !!! I would not have them back to my home after this. The ladies who do the cleaning were very nice, please know that. But, the cleaning is what I am paying for, not friends. Jeremy however, was not the nicest person I have ever had to deal with. I would not have them back, nor do I think they are worth what they are charging.

Chrissie was the most diligent and capable cleaning professional ever. Amazing! Had a few issues with trainees as they worked to expand their staff (chipped tub, small breakables) but overall, Vesco was very good.

I called well after regular business hours (between 9 and 10pm) hoping an answering machine would have prices and services offered as I was shopping around for a service. 20 minutes later, I received a phone call back from Jeremy, who was very friendly and went into full detail about his company, services, and prices. I was very impressed. When they arrived, a team of 4 ladies came in and went straight to work. They were friendly, thorough, and did not take a break until the house was completely finished. I have both a cat and a large slobbery dog, and when they were finished my windows/glass doors were slobber free and you couldn't find a pet hair anywhere. I was very pleased with the job they did and would definitely recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreI was reluctant to use a cleaning service for our home, but we really needed a deep Spring Clean. I found Vesco on Angie's list and made an inquiry. Jeremy was very responsive and answered all of my questions honestly. It was appealing to me that this is a local family-owned and operated business, and I thought the rates were reasonable compared to others rates. I got on the schedule and the crew who came to my house arrived toward the latter end of the window I was given per the schedule. I met the team lead, walked her around the home and I really feel like she paid attention and cared about the work they were about to do. I then met the rest of the crew, who are all nice and professional and pleasant. I then let them do their thing, and I was not only impressed with how quickly they worked, but also their attention to detail. I also liked that the cleaners they use don't make your house smell like a bunch of chemicals. The service was so satisfactory that we have decided to use Vesco for more routine cleanings in the future. It is the perfect way to supplement the house cleaning that you just can't get around to doing. I never thought I would need anyone to clean my house for me, but they genuinely do a good job.

Apparently, they rescheduled a regular to fit me in so that was really appreciated! They were all very nice and professional. Plus, they came all the way from Maineville. They did require 2 hour minimum (service was done in about an hour and half).

+ -1 moreAfter my old cleaning service left me in a last minute lurch right before Thanksgiving (with 30 guests coming!!!), I lucked out and found VesCo who was able to come within a few days. Jeremy and Chrissy have now been cleaning for me ever since and when I say my house is clean - ITS CLEAN!!! They are always on time, work quickly and efficiently and both have SUPER personalities to boot! My husband and I are usually very cautious about leaving anyone unattended in our home but I have complete trust in Jeremy and Chrissy. They are just the sort of business you want to support. OH..and man can Chrissy clean an oven! WOW!!! They don't work evenings with 2 young sons but I highly respect their family values so it doesn't matter one bit. Jeremy schedules cleaning dates at the end of each month and typically gives you a choice of 2 dates and can squeeze you in if you're in a lurch. They're very professional and if you're not happy, they will come back and do it again (I've never had that issue though). Their prices are very economical and based on the size of your home.
Description of Work: Monthly full home detail cleaning - includes whole house dusting, vacuum (even under couches!!), kitchen and bathroom detail, floor mopping and detail, etc.
