Ken was very responsive to our request on a check of our central vacuum system. He made sure it was operating efficiently and also provided a hardwood floor attachment for our system.

Ken did a good job in quickly identifying the cause of the low suction. The company that installed it many years ago created a problem that caused the leak. He repaired it, and explained his work as he continued. He also told me how to replace the belt, and offered to ship one to us. I am very pleased with Ken's work, and will contact him for any future needs. He also installs central vacuum systems and I would use him for any future installations.

It was clear that our home was not an easy job! Some closets already contained duct work from adding air conditioning by a prior owner. Ken worked very hard and installed 5 access points for the system inside the house and the unit in our garage. He worked with us on these decisions and explained and demonstrated the equipment completely. We are very happy with the system and would recommend this business.

New vacuum and hose great but we were to get another hose and tools for use with cars and basement but after reminding constantly they still did not fulfill. Purchased another hose end tools on internet. Disappointed.

I would highly recommend Ken/Vacuum Concepts. They did a fantastic job with our new home.

WHEN I PICKED IT UP I REALIZED I HAD FORGOTTEN TO TURN THE MASTER SWITCH ON (IT REQUIRES TWO BUTTONS TO BE TURNED ON). THEY CHARGED ME NOTHING FOR THEIR TIME OR MY STUPIDITY!
