+ 0 moreThey were very eager for our business (and money). In the beginning they were very professional and prompt. Once they received our payment, their service and responsiveness was unprofessional and disrespectful. Mike Handorf was hard to get in touch with and when he said someone would be out to follow-up it took weeks. We also had asked for an estimate (in the beginning) for a water problem on our side yard, and we never received one, although they came out and surveyed the yard. We dealt with the company on and off for a whole year. I would not recommend Sharon Nursery.

+ -1 moreWe received our design plan one month and several inquiries after the original visit in August. I've attempted to contact Mike for changes to the plan twice with no response to date. At this point we are choosing not to continue with Sharon and go to another landscaping company.
Description of Work: I solicited Sharon Nursery for a landscape design in my backyard. Our goal was to get started quickly during the fall and get some trees in before the winter.

Description of Work: IN NOVEMBER WE CALLED AND ASKED TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST TO FILL IN DEPRESSIONS IN OUR LAWN AND TO SLIT SEED. WE WALKED THE PROPERTY WITH MR. HANDORF AND ALSO ASKED HIM TO PROVIDE ANY LANDSCAPING SUGGESTIONS HE MIGHT HAVE. SINCE WE WERE NOT IN A RUSH WE DIDN''T OBJECT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO US IN A FEW WEEKS. IT HAS NOW BEEN AT LEAST FOUR MONTHS AND WE HAVEN''T HEARD ANYTHING. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.
