PC and Laptop Repair

Since that I purchased the computer , I have had nothing but problems with it, and have paid almost $300 in repairs, and it still does not work right. As soon as I took it home, and the computer immediately started having problems with viruses. I took it back to the shop and he stated that I needed an additional virus program, etc. I then purchased the new virus software, which still did not work properly, and had to bring it back a few times to have him work on it. Every time I bring it back in, the owner assures me that I need nothing else and that it is fixed, but then charges me more the next I bring it in as working. To this day, my computer still does not work right, and has caused me one headache after another. I would not recommend PC and Laptop Repair to anyone looking to purchase or repair a computer. The entire operating system of my computer has completely failed and the computer is now totally worthless. I have lost absolutely everything that was on my computer. REBUTTAL TO COMPANY RESPONSE: As a rebuttal concerning the owner coming to my home to fix the computer and set it up, I have paid for every service that I have been received. The operating system has failed only about 1 week ago. This was 3 weeks after I paid him for coming out to my house to set up the computer. His claims about me wanting everything for free, is false. I have paid for every service and every part that I got. As far as him showing me how to to retrieve the data, that should have been explained to me when I first received the computer. It was not. His set up of the computer was extremely different than I have ever used before.
