No Limit did a great job on the patio. yhe team was very professional, courteous, and asked my opinion through the process. They used my existing pavers and laid them correctly with a great design. Built a fire pit along with a sitting retaining wall with lighting. Finally they created a walkway from my driveway to the back yard using stone steppers and rocks. My home backs into a school with some pedestrian traffic, and everyone that goes by says they love it. I would highly recommend and would use again for any landscaping needs

Excellent! There is a 100% improvement in the night time curb appeal of the house. They relocated existing canned light fixtures and added 2 new fixtures changing all lights to LED. The best recommendation was the all inclusive timer system (don't remember the real name) but it understands daylight savings and evaluates dawn to dusk.

John Smith and his crew did a total redo of the landscaping at the front of our house nearly three years ago. Recently, a lightbulb burned out in one of the landscaping lights. We emailed John simply to find out the name of the light so we could order a new bulb over the Internet. Not only did he provide the information we needed, but he told us that the bulb had a lifetime guarantee, and he would be happy to come over and replace it free of charge. And he did. This service was above and beyond what he had to do. We were thrilled with the job three years ago and are impressed by John's dedication to his customers.

Contacted the number provided on Angies List and John Smith called me back the same day and was out to look at the property the next day. Sent me an estimate within a couple of business days after that. The work requested was towards the end of season and he advised he would try to get the work done before it was too late in the year to put down seed. John was able to get a crew out there in a timely manner and they cranked out the work within a few hours and had everything cleaned up. They even put down seed where some of the grass was torn up caused by vehicles they used to do the work (Where the work was, it was inevitable there'd be some wear). Also worth noting that the crew that came to do the work were very polite and professional. Spoke with several landscapers before settling on No Limits Landscaping. Pleasant experience, I will most likely work with them again on future projects.

On request for a bid, No Limits Landscaping responded promptly which was not the case for its competitors. John arrived at our house and asked many questions to ensure understanding of both our budget, goals and plant favorites. He also educated us on the best plants to thrive based on the existing environment. He returned within the week to present his detailed drawing, plan and bid. He successfully encompassed all our requirements. Upon receiving confirmation to proceed, the installation went flawlessly. The installers worked tirelessly in unseasonably hot weather. The results were breathtaking, with many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. I would highly recommend No Limits Landscaping. The process from start to finish was very enjoyable.

The whole thing from start to finish went really well. I called and scheduled a time for John to come out and have a look. He was running just a couple minutes late and he called to let me know. I was impressed by that right off the bat, a lot of folks would not have bothered with that step. He spent some time talking with me about what I was looking for and took some measurements. Since this is not really my area of expertise I asked him to just come up with a design that he thought would look good. He promptly delivered a CAD drawing of the design and an estimate to me within the next day or two. His estimate came in even lower than the range I had given him which also made me very happy. He gave me suggestions for pavers to have a look at and I got a tentative date for the work to be done. His crew showed up on the day they said they would, and all the work was completed within the timeframe he estimated. They were there bright and early and worked hard the whole day, with the exception of one day where they got rained out. Everyone was friendly and the patio looks great! There was some inevitable damage to the grass due to the heavy machinery required to do this job, but they leveled everything out, and seeded any damaged areas. They also cleaned up after themselves as well. When he called to ask how things looked I had another small request and they came out the following day and did that as well. I had a very positive experience with this company and would definitely hire them again.

It was good. They did more work than we originally ask. The trees are good, they're growing so they're alright.

They didn't respond to my first email - it got lost, but promptly responded to my second inquiry. John came out that week and provided a design and quote within about a day. It took us about a month to decide to use their services and John quickly provided me an updated layout when requested. They scheduled the work for about 1 month out due to previous bookings. The work started a couple days late due to rain but they completed the entire project in 4 days. They were extremely professional and worked very quickly. We are very pleased with the final result.

Working with John Smith of No Limits Landscaping was terrific. The initial estimate was done in a very timely manner. Work was started when John said it would. After a "hiccup" due to an unforeseen electrical issue, the work was completed on the pavers and plantings. There was a period of waiting until the back door was actually installed. Then measurements were taken and a custom-built landing with steps were made out of composite material. Metal railings were added on both sides to keep grandkids, dogs, and me safe. I am absolutely thrilled with the entire project provided by No Limits Landscaping. Every worker was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I made the right choice of having a paver patio installed and also by having No Limits Landscaping do the work. Without any hesitation, I would use this company again for other projects at my house.

It went pretty well actually, we've haven't had an enough day to put in the dry wells and we haven't had enough rain to actually find out how well it is. It was one of those things where they didn't really call before they came because they had an cancellation, because of the weather and it's kind of a surprise.

The initial design was perfect but the full scope of the work was a bit more than we could afford right now. John and I went back and forth a little and settled on good compromise to get the most important work done at a reasonable price. John was very responsive and got his crew out to do the work in a very timely fashion. The overall experience was great and I can recommend No Limits Landscaping.

From the initial contact to the project completion, our experience with these gentlemen was nothing short of perfect! Our family had never undertaken a project like this before. Pat and John were great to work with and really were very patient, helpful and kind all through this experience. We have a beautiful basketball court for our kids that has been incorporated into the existing landscaping seamlessly. John Smith and his team did an excellent job with every phase of the project. His ideas and guidance, including distinctive design elements, improved on our original design concept. Construction of the project was handled in a professional, efficient and thorough manner with all work completed on time and within budget. We are more than satisfied with the final patio and have already received many compliments on it.

We competitively bid the project with 3 contractors and found John and No Limits to be not only the most competitive but also the most comfortable to deal with. Working with John was a pleasure. He was accessible by phone, email, or text anytime we needed to talk to him, before, during, and after the work was performed. He presented different ideas to us for design of the patio and alternatives to the pergola because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do. When the scope increased due to our requests, John worked with us to meet our needs and our budget. His crew was always professional and hard working. They completed the job within a week and always straightened up their equipment before they left each night. When we had questions or concerns John would personally come out and answer our questions or make adjustments. He also performed some of the work himself to ensure they stayed on track. He even came with us to Natorps and helped us pick out the elm tree. Also-coincidentally we had a drain line plug up into the basement while the work was being done (it was not caused by the work being performed). I called John just to be sure and he came right out and checked it out and we verified it was unrelated. But John still helped get the line clear even though he had no responsibility. The patio, pergola and landscaping look great. Home improvement projects would be so much easier if all contractors were like John and No Limits. I will call them first next time I have any similar type work.

John was in touch with me the entire time. His crew arrived both days exactly at 8am. They didn't mind me periodically checking in and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. The crew was very professional and we're very respectful of my property and my neighbor's property. Most importantly, the design looks phenomenal, my neighbor's are very complimentary and the price was more than fair. No Limits Landscaping under-promises and over-delivers.

It went as planned. It took some time to get the countertop in for the outdoor kitchen but John kept me very informed of what was going on and they came back on a Saturday to make sure everything was in place for the countertop to be placed.

John and Pat are true professionals to deal with. They kept our costs in line with what we were wanting to achieve, and offered some very good ideas in the process. My experience from top to bottom was exceptional, and I will continue to use them and refer them in the future. They are honest, hard working, and someone you can genuinely trust with your landscaping project. The residential service industry needs more people like John and Pat. GREAT JOB!!!

We've had a lot of work done in the 11 years we've lived in this house so we've got a number of contractors to compare to. And there is no comparison. No Limits Landscaping installed a beautiful patio. They were amazing to work with and we would highly recommend them. John drew a great plan for us based on our ideas and was easy to work with. The onsite crew, Pat, Jonathan and Clay, was simply outstanding. They showed up on time and worked hard throughout the week project - staying late on a Friday to get the job done. They were easy to work with and constantly wanted to know if we were satisfied. We were able to modify the plans as we went thanks to their guidance and efforts. They went above and beyond the call of duty in several cases such as transporting a bush. And the price they charged was fair and within our budget. We could not be happier with our new patio and the work they did.

After meeting and obtaining quotes from several contractors, I decided to go with John Smith from No Limits Landscaping. During the process of explaining the end result I was trying to get, I definitely felt the most comfortable that John knew exactly what I wanted (compared to what others wanted to give me instead). He answered every question thoroughly, and offered his expert advice to have a well designed and great looking finished product. I was happy to find out that he dealt with Reading Rock, who is the supplier I wanted to use for the paver stones. The work crew was very efficient and hard working, and I was happy to have the entire project completed in only 3 days. He was very nice during the phone consultation. He suggested we consult an engineer before any work is began, but is willing to do the work.
