Description of Work: Cost estimate for a Rheem water heater replacement, natural gas (RHGPRO50-40F). Representative was knowledgable, prompt and courteous, but the estimate was 30% higher than the proposal I selected. Goes to show... Compare bids before you buy.

+ -1 moreThey always come out and get the work done. I have never had any problems with them. They always come out quickly to get the work done usually the same day of the following day. They called right before they came out to let me know that they were on their way.
Description of Work: Nixon Plumbing comes out to do our plumbing work. They most recently came out to repair a leak in my bathtub.

+ -1 moreThe pressure regulator in my house was not working. I called Nixon to fix it. They arrived on time next day. However, the person was not very experienced since he had trouble to remove the old regulator, and he failed to use the correct length of pipe in the first place. The new regulator was not well aligned.
