For some reason my hot tub wasn't maintaining temperature. I called several places for support. ALL of them wanted to come out and fix the electronics with an estimated cost of $800 - 1000. The folks from Just Add Water came out (even through I was outside of their service area) spent some time investigating and determined it was a clogged water filter that needed to be replaced. A $35 new filter took care of it. I paid only a service call and ordered a replacement filter. I was impressed by the experience and investigative approach they took to solve the problem.

They are close to me and knowledgeable. They don't sell you a whole bunch of stuff you don't need.

They gave me the information that I needed. I called them because they were close to the house. They quoted me around $200. I gave them the correct information. I was really surprised with their quote since it was close to another company from whom I got an estimate. I didn?t want to bother someone to come out and look at the pool if I wasn?t going to buy the place. I was looking for someone who I could readily call if I did buy the house. They answered all my questions clearly and precisely. They were excellent. They treated me with respect even though I wasn?t their customer. So I really liked them. I didn?t know which company to choose to get the work done. If need be, then I would contact them again.

In prior attempts to get my hot tub working properly (it was unable to hold temperature and with the ensuing winter I was concerned about the tub freezing), I had called another company (don't remember the name) and they wanted to replace the electrical unit at about $800. Paul from Just Add Water made the trip to my house and in about 10 minutes had determined it was a clogged filter. Charged me $80 and gave me a ton of helpful tips and hints -- one was to watch out for spa service centers that make unnecessary and costly repairs. Paul was very helpful, kind, knowledeable and reasonable. I would high recommend him and his family run company.

We are very pleased with them. They are family run outfit. Their prices are reasonable and service is great. We will continue to use them in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They provide a high level of personal service.

We go to this store to buy our chemicals for the pool. They are friendly and treat us well. They are knowledgeable and answer our questions. They are accommodating.

Very pleased to have a company tell me that I don't need to spend a dime and to try a couple of things first before I do actually get my checkbook out.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP THE POOL UP AND RUNNING.THEY ORDER PARTS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE AND ARE WILLING TO COME THE SAME DAY.
