I had trouble getting Steve Homan to come out for an estimate initially. However, the issue was that the weather was threatening and he felt his responsibility to his existing customers outweighed his opportunity to bid on a new job. I witnessed this on my job as well - he delayed other projects to finish what he started with me. I found that to be a very admirable business trait. He worked along side his crew on the initial steps and was here for the concrete pouring. He did the color and texture on the patio himself. He came by after the cleanup was done to ensure that his crew left the jobsite in better shape than he found it. He even spread topsoil and grass seed where his equipment had damaged my yard.

Working off my sketch and design contractor was able to suggest and implement changes as well as suggest improvements to stamping layout, coloring and additional ares where footers need to be installed for future projects. His crew arrived on time and completed work on schedule. If there was a weather delay he was in contact early and let me know when work would resume. He has already scheduled additional sealing so project will weather our seasonal changes. Do schedule early his reputation for quality work is increasing the demand for his services. Every one of his crew was considerate and professional at all times. Any suggestions I had were answered immediately and acted upon promptly, or we agreed to an alternative where his experience and knowledge superceeded mine.
