Description of Work: Guaranteed did a great job on time and on budget. They were very professional and courteous despite my many questions and a start date change. Did great job in protecting the house and landscaping as they roofed as well as clean-up when job was completed. I'd strongly recommend.

Description of Work: Jason checked the roof for shingle condition & for any loose nails. I had a small spot on my ceiling, I have vaulted ceilings thru out, & Jason checked the area. He thought it was from the ridge vents caulking being worn & needed re-caulking as well as the nail heads for the ridge vent. He did the re-caulking & had found a few spots where the nail heads had popped out on the shingles, & he caulked those as well. He was very through and I enjoyed dealing with him & will do business with him in the future for roof maintenance & when I need to finally replace the shingles.......thank you Jason Dorothy Schaffner
